Personally I prefer A&W over McDonalds. The meals you order seem much higher in quality. For anyone who didn’t know, free root beer on July 14th. Nice and clean and nice staff. Not only that, but I highly recommend the breakfast if you’re in a rush. It’s not too bad.

As far as fast food burger joints go, this is one of the better ones. They are definately understaffed and things can get very slow when a lot of drive through orders cover in.But on the other hand during busy times you are assured of fresh and hot food especially the chicken sandwiches and fries. Which we regularly have and like at this location.The cleanliness is below average however the staff are cooperative and friendly.

I have been here 3x and I like that is very quiet with few patrons. Always better to go with coupons to save on your meal.

Liked this place. Was my first visit in this location. Food served fast, fresh and complete. I love my sweet potato fries so it was very welcoming for me to get my order full unlike my visit to the scottroad location.

I had to share my opinion because as a (classic canadian) I love poutine. Everytime I go to dairy queen its like they don't even know what poutine is!!! Anyways I'm beyond satisfied with the A&W food + staff great quality, great service. Thank you so much I hope some employees see this I want to say keep up the good work. :)Dec.21/21 Just an update the A&W on 152 and highway 10 is probably still one of the best places I go for food, because the food is always good and the staff are amazing just tonight the weather is bad and it's raining I got extra napkins without asking, it's like the staff knew I needed something to wipe the water off the cars window controls, I'm continually amazed by the staff at this location and how hard they work.Update: July.10.22 2:20am still my favorite place to get food, big thanks to A&W staff for keeping this place enjoyable I can always look forwards to a nice warm meal from here and the poutine is still great, I love the 152 st and highway 10 location

Extremely amazing experience at this location of A&W. Order was taken promptly by Pawan Gill and food was delivered right to the table. No doubt, that the food here has been always consistently excellent. No words to express the cleanliness of the restaurant, everything looks sparkling clean and neat. Staff here is extremely friendly, helpful and always ready to listen even to your smallest need. A must go location in Surrey.

The floor was somewhat sticky and the tables you could tell they weren't all properly wiped down. However, the bathroom was clean.The mug drink was filled at different levels for different clients it seemed and mine has a clunk of frozen root beer still floating on top.The greeting wasn't very instant though I walked in right at noon during lunch time as the first person of a batch of people. They were busy for at least 15 minutes straight after that.The food was very fresh so that's good.This was rated based on comparison to a few other same chain ones at different locations. The service desk also didn't give me what I ordered at first but later they did give the order to me free of charge so thanks for that.There is room for improvement but looking forward to the changes because first impression matters...

Their burgers taste great. The bun was toasted and everything. The fries done right and love the fact they bring ur food to ur table. First time trying their food and I would go again
