I have never been treated in such a careless, arbitrary, traumatizing, or honestly inhumane manner. I wouldn't send my worst enemies to these ingrates, let alone a person I cared about and wanted to help. These people caused more harm to me than help (which was, approximately, zero). They did not talk to me in any helpful way, nor did they listen to me, and ended up prescribing me medications that I had tried before with deleterious effects. This is a compassionless, evil place, and it deserves to be shut down. The only kindness showed me during my incarceration here was displayed by a custodian (cleaning staff). She was the only person to show me compassion, and to give me a big hug during the lowest point in my life.A pox on anyone who works here willingly.

This organization is extremely corrupt, damaging, and hostile. I was forced to undergo an oil based injection of a mind-altering drug since they falsely claimed that I was unable to take medication" and that I was "unable to consent to treatment" since I was at the time in 2002 complaining that I had been raped by satanic gang members and they wanted me to shut up and "forget". I hate injections and never wanted any. I have not ever been compensated for the harm these wrong-doers did to my life and I intend to sue. At one time I had employment myself as a psychotherapist in Grand River Hospital based on my University degree in Faith

Absolutely disgusting children's outpatient services. I was diagnosed with autism in 2012, and my doctor here (doctor paraque) never bothered to put on file that I have been diagnosed with autism. He said that I 'stated' that I have autism and never referred to the actual diagnosis. I now can't prove to my new psychiatrist that I have autism, meaning that I can not receive the funding that I need for university. He is refusing to meet with me as I've turned 18, and keeps referring me to the adult psychiatrist that can't do anything because he didn't do his job and record my diagnostic status. I am more than angry, considering that autism in girls is already heavily stigmatized. I hope that the hospital takes this seriously and ensures that psychiatrists are actually doing their jobs.

poor bill handling people (not the counsellors, although Dr.Okonkco or someone with that kind of name was somewhat offensive and stuff. Got billed for more than a thousand dollars after believing my insurance covered my sessions. The front people or accounting people said nothing.

I came here due to a work related injury in my right shoulder, the doctor didn't bother giving me an musculoskeletal ultrasound or x-ray on my right shoulder. It's basically been a month now and the pain hasn't lessened nor has the movement gotten any better and I am currently in physiotherapy twice a week due to the strained muscle this hospital diagnosed me with. My physiotherapist believes I have a rotator cuff injury and strained muscles in between my ribs (since it hurts in my ribs and chest, especially when I breathe.) So now I have a requisition to get the x-ray and ultrasound done, but have to wait two weeks for the appointment, and wait another week for the results. I don't understand why they wouldn't have given me an x-ray or even an ultrasound since they have all the resources there. You think they would be thorough with their diagnosis. I understand that they are busy and that's it's an incredibly stressful job, but instead of looking at it for less than a minute and coming up with a diagnosis, they would atleast do an ultrasound or x-ray. Now I have to waste my time with more appointments that could have been easily avoided if they did this in the first place, plus I work nights so my sleep schedule will be messed up since the appointment is in the early afternoon. I'm just incredibly fusterated and wish they covered all avenues rather than just assuming what was wrong with me in under 60 seconds, unless he had x-ray vision I didn't know about lol.
