We had an amazing experience using Atlas. Adam was so professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He and his team created a seamless experience for us from beginning to end. The move was smooth and they took such care and detail with every aspect. Too notch service!! I highly recommend.

Terrible driver in Cambridge Ontario. Neighbours were moving to Calgary and transport truck driver decided to intentionally cut across my front lawn when leaving because they didn't know how to back out of a court which left a half foot deep tire divot. Wouldn't trust Atlas to move my stuff after seeing driving like that and not taking responsibility for the property damaged caused by an unqualified and careless driver.After contacting Tawny Irvine, Client Experience Specialist from Atlas van lines, her response was Unfortunately

From start to finish ... we had a GREAT experience. Our estimator Randy was helpful. Our mover Terry kept us updated on their whereabouts from BC to Eastern Quebec ... Moving out day went well and moving in day ... despite the really bad weather (heavy rain and high winds) ... we plowed through and managed to get everything unloaded. Overall my experience was very positive. Bruce was very knowledgeable, friendly and provided me with quick responses to my questions when I had questions about the quote and process. Will and his team were informative, considerate and very helpful. They were careful with my items and didn't waste my time getting my items moved out and then in on my destination. The payment process was simple and the lady (don't remember her name) who took my payment over the phone provided a thorough explanation on the process and what information Will would need on the receiving end if they were not able to reach him. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

1 item broken - bedroom dresser. We haven't heard back from anyone & it was noted on our final delivery sheet. All movers were great. They loaded & unloaded in a timely manner.Lack of communication as to the size of truck coming & not being informed as to how many movers was stressful. Hoping someone gets in touch with us re broken dresser in a timely manner. Items delivered on the 15th of February.

All the above factors were met to my satisfaction; good quality, good value, professional and responsive. The other factor I really appreciated was the communication. They answered all my questions every time I called and I called a lot. Made the move run smoothly for me. The move across the country was quick. And we’re very efficient putting items in my house. It was completely worth the expense having Atlas move my items. Thank you.

Moved from Ottawa to Nova Scotia. Very professional from the very beginning with enquiring about the company to wrapping our furniture to the final unload at our destination. Would highly recommend this company to anyone with a long distance move in their future!
