I had just recently relocated from another province when I had an issue arise with one of my teeth. I had not been in Alberta long enough at that time to even start looking for a new dentist. So I read google reviews on multiple dental offices in St. Albert, and ultimately chose the St. Albert Smiles Dental Group. I was so impressed! My first visit with Dr. Tan was so thorough. He took the time to explain in detail the work that needed to be done, sat with me while we talked through and agreed on a treatment plan, assured me that what I thought was a big issue was in fact the opposite. Very manageable with a plan. I have visited the office and Dr. Tan now three times. I feel very comfortable and cared for each and every visit. Dr. Tan is amazing. From Sarah at the front desk, to assistants and the hygienist, I can’t say enough good things. I’m very happy I’ve found this team!

Karen Sware went above and beyond her normal activities to help me with my problem that I presented to her after she did my cleaning service. I highly recommend Smiles Dental Group in St. Albert. It took me awhile to decide to go for an upper denture, but with the help of Dr. Tan, my decision was easy and I was well informed. I did not feel pressured at all and I am so satisfied with the results. The fitting is expert and the confidence I feel when I smile is wonderful. Don’t be afraid to do it, especially if you go with Dr. Tan.

Needed a second opinion on a dental procedure and Smiles Dental Group was worth checkout. I got in within two days and the procedure performed was exactly what I thought needed done. Great dentist!! Very first time getting a needle for freezing never hurt. Great helper too. Receptionist so courteous and helpful. I have found the dental clinic I’ve been looking for since I arrived in 2019. Thank you St Albert Smiles Dental. Will definitely recommend this clinic to anyone needing dental care. Five stars!!!!

I love this location! The receptionist Sarah was super helpful right from the beginning of the booking process right through to the end. I like receiving reminders texts as well as being able to ask/answer questions in the same thread (with Sarah). Karen, the dental hygienist made the whole experience as enjoyable as going to the dentist can be (highly recommend her!!) and although I didn’t see the dentist, Danny, for very long, he was wonderful as well.

I saw Preet today for my cleaning and he was professional and informative. He made the experience comfortable. I would highly recommend St. Albert Smiles for a Dental Clinic in St. Albert.
