Any lawyer can sign real estate papers. The support staff were very disorganized and unprofessional. Never had phone calls returned, it was hard to get questions answered, ie. transferred to different staff members and having to repeat myself. Would not recommend this firm. If you want your lawyer to call you just send in a bad review and he will call you the same day!

I have sent several Lethbridge real estate clients to Fee Simple Law since they opened in 2016. Thus far all of my clients have had a good experience and they have been well represented in their sales and purchases of residential properties here in Lethbridge. The fact that the law office is dedicated to only real estate transactions seems to be a great business model and something the market needed.

Would not recommend to anyone. Took forever to get my paperwork done, screwed up the payment and I had to correct them. Not very professional and very dissatisfied with the services I was provided. Will never be using again.
