I walked in on the consulate without an appointment and was threaded very professionally. they were very friendly and helpful and funny. So the complainers I am not sure what they were unhappy with. I have been with this consulate for a number of years.

The people here dont work. The only german efficiency" they have there is to efficiently avoid working. Honestly the people that work at mcdonalds probably would do a better job than these "Asis""

Very unorganised and incredibly slow service.Arrive with time to spare on your street parking and bring a book. People are nice enough and the service is fair.

I've tried contacting them multiple times. The Consul is barely open; I have called and have gotten no response. The lack of professionalism is outstanding. I have no idea who they've employed but I believe a chimp would at least figure out how to use a phone.

I don't understand why the overall rating is so negative. We have used this office ever since the Edmonton office was closed and the service they provide is excellent. They have always professionally and patiently answered all our questions and are defiantly there if you need them. Of course you sometimes have to leave a voice message, but they always get back within reasonable time frames. Definitely recommend this office. Thank you so much for everything you do for us!

Awesome service..... Our new passports were stuck in Vancouver and the lovely lady at the consulate in Calgary made it happen!!!! The passports came from Vancouver in just 24 hrs...... Great job!!!! You guys rock!!!!!
