First visit and was entirely impressed with all the professionalism and friendliness displayed from the receptionist, dental assistant and Dr Ballo, enough to proceed with a detailed plan.

The ladies at Aura have always gone above and beyond all of my needs & expectations. They often make me laugh so much it's hard to get my braces tweaked!! I always recommend this office when it comes up, you guys have 100% eliminated my fear of the dentist:)

Dentists have always been absolutely awful for me.When I’m in pain, they usually just press on, seaming annoyed that I would dare to interrupt them.Several times I have even had my teeth damaged by incompetent dentists.Those experience gave me a lifelong fear and dread to book even minor appointments.This of course led to problems with my smile that i could not ignore.Eventually I settled on 360 Dental and I am very glad that I did.Dr. Ballo has slowly started to change the way i view dentistry, based off the many comfortable visits I’ve now received.While quiet and seemingly distant, Dr. Ballo has an immense calm and confident demeanour.Your pain and discomfort is respected, without feeling like an inconvenience.There is a deep respect for the patient here, from his assistant to the gentle hand on your shoulder.There were so many moments that I wasn’t sure what to feel, due to a lack of anything negative happening.There was an answer to every discomfort, every stressor, every question.In 32 years, this is my first positive experience at a dentist and the first one of my life.I’m thankful for the return of my smile, which has been hidden for 17 years…Don’t think twice about Dr. Ballo. He is an exceptional dentist, which goes beyond the drill and into the warm heart of the man.Thankyou.

Five stars to Dr Ballo and his excellent assistant Nancy - in just a few months they completely restored my upper jaw toothline, giving me back a smile I haven't had in decades, and confidence to eat my favorite foods again. The two implants were pain free, and healed in a matter of days. Highly recommend this clean, modern dental office, and the kind, caring and laid back staff.

wow wow oh my goodness what a group of happy people, I am 76 yrs young and have been to a lot of dentist . No one can compare to the kindness of these proffesional people , a sense of humour is also at the top of my list when you are getting teeth pulled, bone replaced ,stitces they all were great now for DR.A BALLO board certified Specialist yes he is ,a very kind and patient DR. The job they did on my new dentures was FANTASTIC II smiled all the way home. THANK YOU DR.BALLO AND STAFF for giveing me back my beautiful smile.. LOVE YOU ALL.
