I honestly don’t know what this @fadi person was talking about I had to write something because I was just there! Just had such an awesome experience and it was perfectly inspiring! The showroom was huge and the fact that I could pick a style and have it customized to my colours…Im very particular and I’m overjoyed. It’s like walking into my own personal design space. And staff was so nice and helpful. Love them thanks so much chair source.

When I first found out about Chair Source, I thought all they sold was chairs but they had a large collection of tables as well. We were looking for a kitchen/breakfast table and we went to a lot of different stores. I couldn't quite find one that worked for our family and Chair Source had a very unique selection where we were able to find one that worked perfectly in our space. We ended up buying the Trica Sculpture with a glass top. The table wasn't the cheapest but they are unique, customizable and great quality. I believe they are worth the premium. Marta and the store manager (I don't remember his name) helped us with the purchase. Both were very friendly and patient. Marta understood that such a purchase would require some contemplation and never pressured us to buy. After seeing the table for the first time, we looked around elsewhere and shortly came back to finalize the purchase. We were told it'll take about 8 weeks to manufacture and deliver. It was exactly on schedule. I highly recommend anyone looking for dining room tables (or chairs) to check out Chair Source.

Came here with my mom Saturday afternoon to look for counter height chairs as we've heard great things! We were highly highly disappointed at the lack of customer service. The store was not busy with about 5/6 employees, not a single employee welcomed us, asked if we needed help with anything and seemed as if they were turning away from us when we would try to approach for questions. Sad because we did like a few pieces but due to the overall customer experience we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Totally recommend! I ordered 6 custom dining chairs from here and have had them for a couple months now. My chairs even came in EARLY and pickup was a total breeze. Marta was extremely attentive, efficient, and overall lovely to work with. Robert was just as helpful and kind. Really pleased with the product and customer experience, and look forward to working with in future.

We renovated our kitchen this past fall and purchased kitchen stairs and stools. After a few months some of the chairs started to show wear and tear and we (including our designer) believed that there was an issue with the material. We spoke to the manager and the owner who refused to take any responsibility. We found the customer service very poor and their attitude very disappointing and would not recommend to anyone..

Can say enough about this place. Absolutely love the selection and quality of the products. All staff are very pleasant and will definitely buy again in future and recommend again and again.

Lots of selection but very high prices. We were there for 30 mins and no one approached us to help.

I recently bought a table which although was pricey we loved. I paid over $300 for the delivery which included installation. Firstly although they put drop cloths they still walked all over my floor and left styrofoam balls everywhere. Next upon assembly they SCRATCHED my table on both sides. Unless I stopped them they would have totally destroyed it. Now the manager wants to send someone to examine it. He will just say it’s minor butmy bill was paid in full. Would you trust anyone else here? I won’t. It seems that their services are unreliable and incompetent.

Beware the delivery charge from Chair Source. We purchased two chairs from them. At the time of purchase we asked about the delivery charge. They were not willing to specify a charge, citing uncertainties about gas prices. When our chairs arrived, they wanted to charge us what we felt was was an exorbitantly high cost to have the chairs delivered. They were unwilling to budge from the charge. We ended up renting a cargo van and picked up the chairs ourselves. Even after renting the cargo van, the cost was still $175 less than what they wanted to charge us for delivery. We're happy with the product, but are unhappy about their delivery cost and unwillingness to bend on that cost.
