Highly recommend George at 1000 Islands Electronics. I had been having an ongoing problem with my Yamaha Receiver--poor reception and always losing the signal. George immediately realized I had been given the wrong antenna. He ordered a new antenna which is amazing. I'm pulling in stations I could never receive before and the reception is fantastic. I was only charged $50 which I felt was a tremendous service.

For LTE internet: Transmitter on tower was not communicating to wifi hub. He wastes time switching out parts that have nothing to do with the issue. Then says he doesn’t have any tower climbers to change the transmitter on the top of the tower. He knew that the transmitter was the part that needed changing since Xplornet issued a work order to change the part. He then calls back days later around 8:30pm to say he can hire a climber for an extra cost. Even though client has extra care insurance that covers parts and service. He’s rude to his staff and that’s likely why he’s working alone.

Very unprofessional manner, was flat out told that they're job is only to change the radios for xplornet not make sure it actually is working and that they are loosing money because the call took too long...However the only reason they were even doing work for me was because of internet not working properly.I kept asking him to call xplornet as this didn't seem right. He finally did called xplornet himself and they told him that no the radio was not programmed properly and they fixed it for him.The younger man was nice but the older man that seemed to be the one in charge is very rude.If you call xplornet to have a ticket placed I don't recommend that it be given to this dealer.
