So rude! The way they talk on the phone is absurd, I don’t want to rent from them based on how their customer service is. Also they don’t let you put certain materials in the bins

The bin served its purpose, but the lack of punctuality and neglect of communication on their part is unbelievable. Bin arrived late, and pick up was 3 hours late, after I called in multiple times to find out why they were late and when they would arrive, because they neglected to call me. When I spoke to a manager about the inconvenience this has cause, his response was “ I guess we really screwed you sideways today”.Lots of bin companies out there, make sure you pick one that’s responsible.

This is one of the companies I will use again in near future. The service is on time and the staff care about the customer, even if the bin was contracted by the construction contractor, the staff went beyond my expectations to provide the information and service I needed. Thank you Shannon, I really appreciate your effort. Keep up the good work, we need companies and staff like these to restore the faith in customer service.

The delivery & pick up driver of the dumpster was very professional and very pleasant. He took great care in protecting our driveway.I believe the young lady I spoke to in the office was Rachel and she set up the delivery and then pick up the full dumpster. The Customer service she provided was excellent and she made the experience very easy.

Best bin rental service in the GTA!! All of the dumpster consultants are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Bin There Dump That was extremely fast for delivery and pick up. Drivers were very professional and masters at fitting the bins in tight spaces! Would recommend them to everyone.
