Wendy was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I’d purchased a mattress from Sleep Country online back in June when the lockdown was in full swing so I’d not gotten a chance to try it out.Unfortunately, I found my selection to be almost worse than my previous 16 year old mattress with respect to support. So I went in this weekend to see about changing it for a different one. Immediately Wendy showed me to several medium to medium firm mattresses after I described my situation. I found a much more appropriate model for my needs and was very impressed with Wendy’s knowledge of the different types of mattresses and which ones would be suitable for me.Thanks Sleep Country and thank you Wendy! A very positive experience!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The sales rep. (lady) in the store was absolutely terrible and extremely rude. I asked her a question about a mattress that I bought from the website and she was least bothered. She told me I should read the website before buying and turned her back on me. Do yourself a favour and go to another location.

This Milton location is the WROSE ever customer service is terrible. The don’t care to help you biggest attitude with these two women that works their and a gentlemen’s call Imad. I went in and they said no tax day. When I told them one of the sales lady had give me a price on a mattress and I’m here to buy it now she came up to me and said price went up. In the same store and two ladies giving you two different prices for the same mattress. So the other lady came and told me she will see if she can use their coupons. They give me a price and added tax to my bill. And clearly refuse to stand by what they said and did not remove the extra cost to my bill. When I confronted them she told me tax has to be added so the government can see. People like this and service like this is why small business are not as supportive.When the tell everyone that enters it’s NO TAX DAY SALE. The other guy Imad was well awarded when I went back to the store to confront them. He too ignored me and did noting to solve the problem. I will never shop at this location again. People deserve to know what what they do to other. The worse attitude these people have never again. Be aware of this with this location and these people. I’m still debating to go back and return my purchase since I only got it today. Just a heads up to anyone going to this location. It would be a no star option for me. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere the brick and Leon’s or Halton mattress great service. Not the condensing attitude from Milton sleep country location.For an update to make it worse they said to reach out by email which I did and no respond.

Went to the milton store for a simple pickup due to a goof up by their argentia store. the sales guy Iamd gave a real hard time. Imad is a horrible person. If you in the store see this person, JUST RUN. If he has problem handling a simple pickup then think how bad he will be with a regular sale. I have never seen such a rude sales person

I was in the market for a new mattress because my current one just wasn't doing it anymore. I met a wonder sales rep, Shalu! She was very approachable and understood my problems. She helped me find the perfect mattress for me. My sleep quality has skyrocketed and I have Shalu to thank!

Wow! They don't call it Sleep Country" for nothing. I was having a lot of trouble sleeping and would often not be able to sleep more than 4 or 5 fours. I came to this store to see if a new mattress would help. The store has a very knowledgeable staff. Shalu was able to explain all of my symptoms and problems in clear detail.. listening to her was the best choice i have made. With my new bed

For the past couple months, I was have trouble sleeping ultimately affecting the quality of my life. After many nights scrolling through Google for the ‘best’ mattress I was always left disappointed. Until I came to Sleep Country and was introduced to Shalu. She made the experience very enjoyable and helped my find my perfect mattress which fit all my needs. She helped me every step of the way throughout the entire process, I have Shalu to thank for my good night’s sleep.

Despite some negative comments posted, my wife and I had a wonderful experience with this location and Wendy in particular. She is direct and honest - basically no nonsense approach that we both appreciated. Wendy does not try to upsell, she just tells you the facts about the mattress, encourages you to take your time and try them. My wife and I purchased two mattresses, two polar ice pillows, box spring and bed frame from Wendy due to this. She also tried her best to find us discounts where she could. When I was in the store a second time I recall a couple trying to aggressively get a series of discounts and she didn't budge or entertain them - so I think people also need to enter the establishment and be honest as well and not try to get unreasonable discounts. Also, you can tell by some of these reviews that people are straight nasty and want to treat others like trash and expect to be treated like a king when buying a mattress of all things. That said, this is not a defense of Sleep Country or the mattress industry, but more a review that appreciated Wendy's direct, no nonsense approach.

Had to deal with multiple goof ups when calling into customer service and from their internal ordering system. But going into the Milton store and dealing with Wendy made things really easy. She is so fun to deal with. She has a good knowledge of her product and a great great sales personality, she helped us pick the right pillows and mattress to get that good night sleep we have been missing out on. If you go to the store, ask for Wendy.
