Amazing customer service, my collar came fast and was perfect. Recommend the company to my mom, she bought an e collar and ordered it with the bungee collar but it came with a regular biothane one. They sent her the bungee collar and let her keep the regular collar, so easy and hassle free.

Have purchased many items over the span of years and quality of the products and time of shipping has always been satisfactory.Where my issues begin is with the customer support/service. Ordered a product based on the information on the site. Product arrived after paying the postage indicated on the site. The product was great and seemed to be of good quality but was drastically smaller than advertised size. I immediately contacted customer service, after explaining the issue I was told it was my fault as I didn't call them to verify that the information on the site was correct, and that I should have been able to tell from pictures ( which had very little detail) that the product wouldn't reflect the advertised dimensions. Customer service rep went on to complain that they had to pay more shipping than they quoted me at check out which somehow was my fault? I did return item at which time they refunded a portion of the money putting me out of pocket to the sum of $185. The rep was rude, condescending and arrogant. Not a company I wish to spend money with in the future as the claims don't match their ethics. I would avoid them as the products they sell are available at a number of other retailers who provide mutch better customer service.

My sister and I have heard so many great things about Gunner Kennel's and decided to finally take the leap and buy one for our dog. We were extremely understanding that these are full-time law enforcement officers and that they are currently just an online store with no storefront, as stated clearly on their FAQ page on their website. We did want to see the kennel in person however, so we set up an appointment with K9 Dynamics to meet at their warehouse location. During the meeting, the individual helping us was extremely knowledgable and provided us with great advice and addressed any concerns we had. We ended up buying the crate along with a performance pad, an all weather kit, and some gear, including collars and leashes. We are extremely satisfied with our entire purchase and will definitely be buying from K9 Dynamics again. Excellent customer service.

Great company!Placed an order for a large, heavy kennel. Was contacted right away to figure out a cost effective shipping option and received the package on Vancouver Island a few days later. Cant ask for more!

We purchased a bark collar for our dog with hopes of it being a humane resolution. Although it may be humane to some, it was not the resolution we were comfortable with. After 2 days of training, we decided that a more hands on approach would be better for us. As stated on the website, there are refunds without re-stocking fees, for purchases made within 14 days. Our collar was packaged in plastic that HAD to be cut open. There were no other options. We returned the collar, in NEW-like condition, with the exception of the cut plastic packaging. We received an email indicating the following:“We have refunded a portion of your order. Due to the fact that the collar and packaging is not in resale NEW condition, we are unable to retail this returned product as NEW now. It is unfortunate that Dogtra has decided to package their YS600 in a plastic container. However we are unable to resell this as new.We have taken 25% off of the refund and issued the refund in the amount of $114.34. It should appear on your credit card statement in 5 business days.”This is unacceptable. If there were re-stocking fees and/or penalties, we would not have ordered. How can we try a product without actually opening the package and TRYING it??? Ridiculous. Buyer beware. Not even a phone call or discussion. Just a cowardly email.

I was so close to paying for the shipping from Gunner in the US because it is so difficult to find retailers in Canada. Thank you so much to Marc for the great customer service. Ordering from K9 Dynamics literally saved me several hundred dollars :) when we add another dog to our family we will be going through K9 Dynamics for a second gunner as we. Amazing amount of products and excellent quality and customer service!

Had a great experience with K-9 Dynamics recently. They were quick to reply to my emails and my questions, and always tried to make sure to deliver exceptional customer service! I ordered a vest and it arrived at my door within 24 hours. Loved working with them!

I purchased a so called influence collar but it's actually a dominant collar and after 3 days it started to fall apart. Sent them a email and they will be sending a refund. Besides the small issues communication and products are good
