Reasonable prices for frames and good service as well

My older pair of prescription sunglasses broke over the weekend. The arm was unrepairable. I went into Crystalline Eyewear this morning, explained my predicament with needing something, as I was heading out of town and needed them to drive. The gentleman there (I believe the manager or owner) offered to go to the lab himself to ensure I would have my new frames today! Amazing customer service!! Can't thank them enough.

I bought a pair of Gucci sunglasses from here about 6 months ago.I lost the inner parts that sit in your nose the little rubbers. I went back and asked how much to change these. They wouldn’t charge me or take my money just simply because I had purchased it from that store. This was my own doing I accidentally lost one and I took the other one off and offered to pay 3 times and they said it’s okay it’s a small fix and had me woke out there with a 0$ tab. After 6 months they remembered who I was without mentioning anything.The definition of true business. Many other places would have Atleast tried to make a quick 20-30$ which was fine by me as well, but the status and respect of this shop clearly goes to show they are 10/10 for customer satisfactory and don’t need to slip in small fee’s for unnecessary fixes.I applaud the two gentlemen I saw the first time I went and when I returned.Truly know how to run a business. I will definitely return in due time for my next pair of sunglasses !Highly recommend. Honest, trustworthy, and not pushy at all! I ordered a rush glasses and was suppose to be sent to USA and he would not put his name on the declration document got stock for over 17 days in fedex warehouse and Customs and still waiting never will do business again.

I have been coming to Chrystalline for years. From the owner, to the staff, to the optometrist; nothing but professional and fun! Murtaza gives his recommendations (he’s got style), Kenton provides great customer service and the optometrist is patient and gentle during the examination process. I got a contact lens for here. Which cost me $800. But it totally waste. I am not at all happy with the lens. Whenever i wear my eyes got irritated and turned red and i ll remove with in 2 hours. I bought year ago . Hardly i used 2 hours n removed everyday . The owner said you have to use it regularly and then it ll be good. But past 1 year i am wear only 2 hours per day. I cant wear more than 2 hour due to irritation and redness. Waste of my money
