Growlies tantallon is an awesome store to buy high quality pet food and treats , I’ve been going there since it opened and I really appreciate all the help I have received from their amazing staff , super friendly and knowledgeable , they are very good and helpful while working within your budget and recommending different feeding options for a raw food or mixed diet , All the staff clearly care for your animals. Your pets are welcome/ encouraged to come in and will most likely receive treats! And belly rubs!Growlies has a cool points/ rewards system which helpsI highly recommend giving them a try as my pets are thriving off their food and care !

I recently purchased a bully stick for my 13 week old Maltipoo. The sales clerk did not discuss the possibility of constipation, how long and how often to give to puppy. She eat 1/2 a small stick over 2 days and is now constipated. The check was aware of age and breed of dog.

I absolutely adore the staff here, they seem to remember their customers and always have great recommendations and are so friendly and welcoming. Very knowledgeable about the brands they sell and this store sells many protects other companies in the city do not carrier. They are my regular for my pets food!

Very upsetting that my review hasn’t been posted as it was over a day ago.I don’t like to complain or leave bad reviews but I witnessed something last Friday that has been bothering me since and I feel this company needs to be informed.Last Friday while leaving the TD bank in Tantallon a man presumably the Manager or owner of Growlies had a young female staff member outside yelling and waving his hands at her. It was shocking and it took everything in me not to intervene. It was inappropriate and she looked like she was going to cry, and I wouldn’t blame her because I would have!I watched from my car and he finally left driving a white SUV. Whomever this person is, they should be more aware of their actions and how they treat people. Because if this, I will never support this business nor would I let anyone I know or care about work there.Have a little respect for your employees and treat them with the respect they deserve.I understand people make mistakes but this was not the way it should be handled.

Thank you guys so much. I had tried EVERYTHING for my Belgian Malinois Darra who had chronic diarrhea. I tried every type of kibble on the market. Grain free & grain bound, limited ingredients, no potatoes, no pea protein, all different protein sources including kangaroo. I had her tested for parasites, autoimmune conditions, cancer etc and she was perfectly healthy" yet had accidents every two hours and was emaciated. She hadn't had a solid bowel movement her entire life. I came here with my friend and start her on raw after dealing with constant diarrhea for two yeas and only one day later it was GONE! She was fine! She is finally at a healthy weight and now has more energy but less neuroticism. I can't thank that staff enough for helping me pick food Darra can tolerate ❤️"

Very nice store, friendly staff, good promotions, huge selection of dog food and very cute giant Rottweiler there sometimes.

Its great to have a place that sells only raw food for pets. The variety is amazing and allows us to switch it up so our dogs get to try different things all the time.
