Love the booking online, and the service is always great; a clean facility as well!

I’ve been coming here for a few years and staff are always great however they are always late. Every appointment I’ve ever had they are at least 5-10 minutes late. I always show up early too. And when I am sneaking out of work for this, it’s not acceptable. Ive also had a special request to not wax in a certain area because I tear and bleed and every time it’s ignored. I’ve purchased laser hair removal so I don’t need to return.

I would recommend this place to anyone! I see Alejandra and she is so quick, makes you feel comfortable, and does a fantastic job. I must say the least painful waxing experience I have had (subjective I know). I have tried many places and this by far is the best. Very clean, reasonably priced, and fast.

this is the best place to get brazillians! i've tried many other places around but everytime i stray from them i regret it. it's so clean and professional and the decor and staff are lovely! i also use their products all the time, especially the mini kit. it's a little pricier than other places but so worth it for the atmosphere and how comfortable the appointments are! highly highly recommended!

I just want to give a shout out to Stephanie and her efficiency and amazing positivity!BEST WAX EVER!!!!!!I would highly recommend her and follow her to the Burnaby location!

This was my first time at this location as I often go to Brentwood. I had a Brazilian wax with Ayanna. She was friendly, but the job was not done properly.After the wax there were lots of hairs left. My skin is now itchy and there’s a lot of torn hairs. There was no tweezing. Not sure if I would come back to this location.

Aleisha is simply the best. Ive been waxing for over a decade, and nobody is as good as her. I rearrange my whole schedule in order to get in with her. 10/10 highly recommend!

I usually have a good experience with Stripped however recent customer service was horrible. I had an appointment booked at 4 PM, which was moved to 4:10 PM by stripped (voicemail left for me to let me know). On my way, I called to inform that I was running late however was still attending the appt. I was informed that the staff would only have until 4:30 pm to complete the service (brow wax) as they had another large service booked at 4:30 pm. I arrived at 4:20 and was informed that they could not perform the service as the staff only had 5 minutes to complete. When I clarified that it was 4:20 pm, they informed it was “4:21 pm and by the time you get into the room, there is only 5 minutes to do the wax”. I’m confused as to how it takes 4 minutes to walk from the front desk to the room. Regardless, they turned me away after I was rushing to make the appointment that they delayed by 10 minutes (hence cutting down the time that the waxer had to complete my service). Totally understandable that I was running late due to unforeseen circumstances but totally unacceptable to change someone’s appointment time and then turn them away because they did not want to risk starting the next persons appointment a few minutes late. Won’t be going back here.
