Canada Post

The worst Canada post I have ever visited. The lady served me kept walking around and didn't provide any help. I had to select the box to fit my item and package the item myself. The most ridiculous thing is they don't provide tape and she told me to purchase the tape to seal the parcel. I took all my items away and went to other Canada post. Don't waste your time here, go to other Canada post!

I also suggest caution when dropping off packages here, especially Amazon return packages which NEED a scan and receipt for a refund. They frequently do not bother scanning dropped off packages, just telling you to leave it on the desk. I've had lost MULTIPLE Amazon refunds when I dropped it off here due to failure to demand a scan and get a receipt, and having it taken somewhere in between.If you're dropping off an Amazon return here, absolutely DEMAND a receipt and keep it, or go elsewhere, or prepare to give someone a free Amazon return gift :)

Great experience at Canada Post on Woodbine & 16th. Excellent customer service. The staff - Jing was very helpful, friendly and efficient. I got my gift cards dropped off yesterday and hope my clients will receive them before holiday.

Very annoyed that my previous review got deleted. This Canada post location needs to be investigated and new staff brought in. Why do they refuse to scan returns? Why do they not wear masks? Why is no one ever working there during business hours?

HORRIBLE!!!I don’t get it why nobody has never looked into the complaints about this location! The African American female front desk is so rude, just as other reviews mentioned. If you have never seen a TIK TOK Karen in real life, you can come here for a visit. This girl will help you define the word “BULLY”. I honestly pray for not encountering her whenever I am here. I have never met anyone who is this rude. No respect for customers at all - no greetings, sometimes no masks, and if you are asking questions all she does is shruging. She also always hides and is on her cell phone in the back room and even if she sees you, she will let you wait forever. If you are asking for receipt for tracking when she is there, it's a big no-no - she will give you the look or say it's a covid-related policy to skip the receipt (which I have never heard of) or murmur/whisper just drop it there (point at the corner)". Next time if you see an old card board saying "be back in 5 mins" on the counter

I do not recommed dropping the parcels at this location. The parcels dropped off by several people ahead of me did not even get scanned in which means that the parcel can get lost and tracking the parcel will be difficult since there is no proof that it was dropped off. The lady who works Canada Post refused to scan the item for return dispite me insisting that it is very important that I receive proof and that I was doing a return for someone else. It was around 5pm on Wednesday, August 12, 2020. She did not seem to care about the customers in line, she took her time, and said that I can return it at another location.This is the first time and most likely the last that I go there.

Worst service ever. I took a parcel which is 15 kgs weight to return it to the canada post located at the shoppers drug mart. It was very heavy n the person at the counter wanted me to lift it up and put it on the table to measure it n then again put it back at a corner all by myself. I understand its my parcel i should do it but to make it lil easy he could have come out of cabin n just measure it.

I wanna give 0. The Asian guy has very bad attitude. He should get fired

Worst customer service ever! The person was extremely inpatient, failed to explain anything, and has the worst attitude ever. Do not recommend going there at all.

I gave them one star because there is no way to put zero" star.Bad customer service to non white people.. face changing instantly.. what are shame!"
