I've rented the same place of Guardian for years. They are always polite and helpful, they are great at fixing issues fairly quickly.Tonight we had a major leak in our bathroom, water pouring out of the ceiling! I called the number for after hours help and a gentleman named Austin rushed over, solved the problem, cleaned up, sanitized, and was incredibly friendly the entire time!Thanks again Austin!

The office and maintenance staff at Guardian are stellar. Great people there. I appreciate the entire team and you can see they work hard together to provide excellent service.Nicole

Not worth wasting your time to try and talk to. Will not listen, does not want to respond. Absolutely terrible service. Don't bother.

I wish I could give a negative rating. They are a real estate management company for slum lords. Even with a pending personal injury lawsuit against them, they will still leave you without working appliances and in dangerous, disgusting living conditions.

My son stayed at Execurooms Sarnia while on a 4 month University Co-op placement. The building was clean and safe. The staffed cleaned and changed his linens weekly, had laundry facilities on site. Although the rooms are small the building location provides lots of opportunities to be outside exploring the downtown and water front.

DON NOT RENT FROM GUARDIAN THEY ARE CROOKS They are the worst management company they tried charging me last month's rent whenI paid it when I moved in they don't keep up with maintenance and if you ask them to fix something they never get back to you there is clearly pipes leaking behind the walls as they are now cracking apart and I've got mold growing in my bathroom from leaking pipes as well thanks guardian for putting me and a unhealthy apartment and they are just plain rude to you and harass you and Cindy is just rude very disrespectful and unprofessional and should really watch what shes says and how she talks to people and not talk down to people like we are nothing I will never rent from them again and will never recommend them

My lower refrigerator quit…had maintenance come in..The Best Service EVER..very polite young man, very pleasant and most of all very informative…his knowledge was outstanding!Point Edward property.Steven Charron you were a pleasure ..Thank You for getting me up and running…Plus he left no signs of being in my kitchen except paper towels in the garbage.

I stayed with these guys 2 separate times and BOTH times they tried to keep my $500 damage deposit. The first time I’m not exactly sure why. The second time they “gave it back” but they canceled the refund a day later because they could not find the key that I left in the mail box (that’s where they left it).They do not own the buildings they rent out so none of them get proper maintenance. So some are pretty rough!There’s lots of other places to stay, you can find on Kijiji.Play it safe and avoid these guys….
