The only place I go for bolts and to top it off Very nice employees , specifically Donald, help me out and went over and above to make sure I got what I needed. Will be returning plenty.

I've worked in the service industry most of my life and these guys could have the worst customer service around. Rude, unhelpful and couldnt care less attitude is how I would describe these guys. I'll buy supplies all day long off the internet rather than spend any of my money at this place.

I just called these folks with some trepidation due to their reviews here. I just wanted to note that I got excellent client service and a quick call back about some product they'd need to order in for me. If they did have issues with client service in the past, it really does seem like they're making a real effort to deal with that. I got friendly attentive service and was very happy I'd made the call.

For a store with the name bolt supply house they sure do not carry a good supply of bolts at least they can send you some where they will help you. Never found or had a good experience in this story.

Ok store with a decent selection of Milwaukee tools and products. However they have no prices posted on their merchandise which is annoying.

Horrible customer service, staff doesn't seem to care at all, always sending you on a goose chase for what you came in for instead of showing you where it is, I've walked out numerous times without the bolts I need because they don't have them... If my work didn't tell me to go here I would never step foot in this store... It's been like this for years, grouchy/unhelpful staff that always have an attitude! Especially the old guy at the front desk!
