Fantastic whole animal butcher. Exceedingly high quality product with a lot of rare and interesting bits. Their grind on the burgers is outrageous and produces the most amazing flavour (providing you don't burn down your kitchen). Also don't forget the little bits in the containers at the back of the case; from braised taco meat to sweet & sour pork, you will find little pre-made gems.

We made our first visit to modest meats today !! Greeted with an amazing smell this little shop exceeded our expectations! We bought a box special which contained the most amazing burgers so tasty and juicy ! This is our place to go thank you modest meats !!!
