Just awesome staff here, everytime. They're very helpful and go out of their way to make sure that your furbabies are fed well and that they're happy, and that makes me very happy too. They have a great selection of pet products and food, supplements etc. Also, it's kept very clean. And it's locally owned! What a bonus!

The woman behind the cash was not helpful at all. She looked very unhappy and grumps when she watched me pick out toys for my dog. Then when I tried to use a manufacturers coupon from Kong, she refused to accept it... Saying that the store doesn't accept it. Not helpful at all and didn't even try! Why are you working there if you find it so miserable? Would give 0 stars if possible.Went to another location afterwards and the staff there were super helpful and accepted the coupon with no issues.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Although it's a smaller store, it is usually well stocked.

I love going here for things I need for my bunny boy. Trish is an amazing, warm and compassionate woman. Very knowledgeable on what a pet need. So far she is always right. She trims bunny boy’s nails then spend some time with him. He loves her and so do I.

Love Pet Value they always have what I need for my dog. He helps me with the laundry so he has to keep up his strength ❤

Use to be my family's go to pet store for all our pet needs however during our last visit we wanted to exchange an unopened product that the owner himself sold to us. When returning it he was not at the store and the poor Employee’s which were great had to call and ask permission despite the company return policy being on the back of the receipt. after two calls to the owner and having to speak to him ourselves we will no longer support this location. We look forward to sharing our instore experience caused by the store owner/Manager at the local dog parks. Your much better off finding a location store which you can become a regular at and valued customer instead of being a mistreated customer. We will no longer support this location

Friendly helpful staff. Great shopping experience

I felt both myself and the store manager were polite while trying to resolve my issue. However, then I overheard her calling me a liar while on the call with the Corporate office (customer service there excellent - thank you). The very next store I contacted - as the Corporate office advised me - had no issue with my request.Advice: Don't rely on the corporate policy. Each franchise may amend it to their own needs. Consult the store manager prior purchases. However, as I said, the very next store I contacted had no issue. So I still do recommend Petvalue overall - just not this particular franchise.

Love this small neighborhood feel kind of pet store. Very extensive pet foods with some cats to adopt from. No fish/reptile foods that we saw, mainly dogs and cats. We got our cat here yay!

Love this location. Staff are extremely knowledgeable, caring, and helpful. The lady who works there was able to resolve my puppy's stomach issues with her recommendations, and explained what I should look for in kibble or other food products.
