Chartwell St Albert

I just had the privilege of touring Chartwell St Albert with my tour guide Steven Krahn. The purpose of this visit was to share my business service offering with Steven and how it would benefit those residents at this active living retirement residence. Everyone I met including the General Manager was there interacting and present to meet the needs of others in their care.The residents I met were happy and engaging with each other.I left feeling reassured of what an active living residence looks and feels like.Congratulations Chartwell St Albert! A 5 star residence making seniors lives better everyday.

I have been working in Chartwell for so long and I learned a lot of things to enhance my ability and fully equip my skills as HCA.. The management now has become very supportive with ready ears to listen to our concern. ❤️

I recently toured this facility with their Retirement Living Consultant, Steven Krahn, in an effort to look for a place for my ailing mother and I was very impressed with the renovations, the attention and care the facility took in offering a wide variety of programs for those in their care. I found Mr. Krahn to be incredibly knowledgeable, deeply caring about all the residents in the facility and I left feeling as though my mother would be in excellent care should I choose this facility moving forward. Thank you Mr. Krahn for making a tough family moment easier with your compassionate and friendly approach.

I would just like to say that Steven was very friendly , professional and knowledgeable about the living experience at Chartwell St. Albert. He was quick to reply to any questions we had during and after the tour. Taking this next step for my Mom has been overwhelming and Steven helped relax some of the stress by giving her as much information and assistance as he could making her feel like she was more in control of her decisions and speaking directly to her was an important aspect.it was a pleasure to meet him and a very positive experience having Steven giving us the tour. Thankyou to the entire staff we meet who were polite , welcoming and wore beautiful smiles helping Chartwell appear to be a fabulous place to live.

Chartwell St. Albert Retirement Residence is a place where it is difficult to feel lonely or isolated. So many bonds of friendship are made amongst the residents and also between the management, staff, and residents. This is largely due to the corporate culture within Chartwell which fosters concern and caring. Staff and management meet on a daily basis specifically to encourage one another and be reminded of the ingredients necessary for top level care of each resident. Chartwell provides a luxurious facility, wholesome meals prepared by expert hands, and scheduled activities for fun and a sense of accomplishment. Highly trained health care professionals are always a brief moment away from any resident in need. I work in the food services department, and I truly enjoy interacting with the residents as they tell me their stories, and we so often share a good laugh together. I can assure anyone interested in living at Chartwell St. Albert that food services are motivated to meet all dietary needs efficiently and accurately.You will not be just another resident at Chartwell. Management and staff will soon know you by name, and will wish to hear your most unique life's experience. Chartwell St. Albert Retirement Residence is a good, clean, and friendly place to be !

I had a recent experience with Chartwell St Albert which left me questioning the truth and ethics of the company and the local leasing manager. After my wife and I took a tour of the facility, we had the chance to chat with two residents of Chartwell. We found it interesting that although Chartwell claim to offer great meals and amenities, the reality shared by these two individuals were very different considering what each was paying to live there. All too often they were not provided with what was the feature" meal of the day. Chartwell consistently would run out of food and offer sandwiches as a replacement. They went on to say that Chartwell is working on improving food services

Steven Krahn is truly incomparable. A solid professional brimming with knowledge and expertise. Whether on the phone or in-person, Steven is quick to provide insightful information, and resolve issues and challenges no matter how complicated, delicate or challenging. He makes you and your loved one(s) feel more than welcome with his charm, wit and effervescent personality. It is an absolute pleasure working with Steven.

I have made so many friends with staff but the residents is why I keep coming back.They are always coming to say hi or that they like my necklace or top. It means a lot to me. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Steven Krahn, Retirement Living Consultant, a couple of times.Each time I work with Steven, I'm impressed with the detail of knowledge he provides on Chartwell and the moving process to clients or myself. In addition, he is very compassionate, thoughtful and engaging and is overall a great resource for clients.
