Leisure Access Program
While I've never needed to go In, I appreciate the leisure access program like no other. Having the card makes being low income, just a little bit better.

Leisure Access Program
They only allow 1 year for CPP disability recipients, but allow 5 years for AISH recipients. I feel like this is discrimination. I have written to them and I hope to hear back and will change my review if this is fixed. There is no reason to make CPP disability recipients renew annually. It is a burden that they should not need to face. The requirements to get CPP disability are very high and it is considered a permanent disability". Almost everyone who is on CPP disability is on it for life

Very bad customer service , it does not look good for City of Edmonton. Creating every possible paperwork for delaying services.

If these people think that a ' Leisure Access Card ' is important then they would be smart to be open in the morning at 8 am NOT 8:30 am just like the rest of the 2nd floor is open at 8:00 am - FOOLS. You probably have better luck in getting customers to be willing to go through the Retarded hassle required in obtaining a ' Leisure Access Card '. The Ice District Building is a bit of a JOKE.
