This business is ridiculous. They ordered hoodies without an authorization or confirmation of an order. I gave no go ahead to order anything, signed no order form, no confirmation, no authorization - nothing. The man I spoke to then has the gall to threaten me and spread bad things about our business around town because I said I didn't like his customer service after he was constantly trying to prove me wrong that I ordered something. he couldn't even provide me with anything that had my name on it saying I ordered the hoodies after saying over and over that he would prove me wrong. He then goes on to say how he never get signatures from his customers because he does so many orders every year he doesn't need to. Well, maybe your business should start so that you can confirm with your customers what they ordered. Never have I experienced such horrible customer service. There was no offer to get to the bottom of what happened or see if a mistake was made somewhere, he went straight to trying to prove me wrong which is the opposite of customer service. I would advise not using this business

It’s clear that this company doesn’t care about the quality of products they produce or the satisfaction of their customers. They sold multiple people in my group defected items and while they did replace or refund the products upon request they did so very rudely (at least over the phone). When one of their emails was never delivered to me, they wouldn’t even acknowledge there might have been an issue on their end. I would think that if a business’ communications weren’t getting to their customers they would be more concerned.On top of that, it took them 4 months to produce my order which was defected upon receipt. It took them another month to provide a replacement. I understand that they’re a small business with limited manpower but my experience and the experiences of those in my group has been excessive. I like supporting small businesses and I hate returning items to them but when they’re sold to me with defects I see no other solution. I don’t understand how they care so little about quality control.

Our company APE Canada ordered hockey jerseys with custom names and numbers on short notice. Morgan, Sean and Alice knocked it out of the park! The jerseys were exactly what we ordered, on time and the service was nothing short of outstanding. We will absolutely do business with Alice Embroidery again. Thank you guys!

Unless you deal directly with Alice, and only her, I wouldn't bother. Alice is great and ensure your order is to your liking and correct. The staff unfortunately does not have the same expectations. If there is a mistake with your quote or order, and you've dealt with the staff good luck getting it fixed. The staff will blame you and the owners side only with them, and you are the one who's wrong. The customer service is appalling, I am not sure they know what customer service is.

The people that run this company are absolutely amazing. After a miscommunication that was probably my fault they were very accommodating. Not only that but they are very helpful with anything that you might need. I HIGHLY recommend Alice and her staff! An amazing experience for sure. Thanks again!

Alice Embroidery has done many pieces for me over the years. They have all been, without exception, excellent - a good quality product with great work done to it. Everyone there is great to work with, eager to find ways to make things as special as they can possibly be. I would highly recommend them!
