Cheats! Never deal with this place. Reps contradict what they say. They are impatient and the woman who answers the phone is rude and hangs up on customers. They put you on hold for hours. Horrible place.

If I can I'd give it a zero star rating. Their service is horrible, I've purchased my first vehicle and was put with this company. So each payments because they told me they don't have Electronic payments I had to go to the post office and pay via money order. Which only added 2 percent for the late payments Disgusting service also. DON'T GO THROUGH THIS FINANCIAL GROUP

I financed with this company for 7 years and after paying off the loan in full these people failed to remove it from my credit report for a number of years. Highly damaging my credit !!! Avoid this with all measures

I would give them zero stars... but unfortunately I can’t. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. They do not care about their clients. We asked for a simple date change for our payments, and they said that due to the fact we has requested a date change 3 years ago they would not allow another . Terrible customer service, and very inflexible terms.
