The servers were soo amazing tonight (like usual) the food was great all the staff were awesome. My 2yo daughter loves it here also.

Food is consistently good and we found that the fried wings here at the Rochdale branch is seasoned better and fried better than other branches. Takeouts are always good as service to dine in is pretty unpredictable. Some days the managers and servers are just awesome and work seamlessly together but some days you can’t find the manager and the young server just can’t seem to figure out what to do and kept disappearing we had to wait literally half an hour to even get a menu.

We got dessert. Had to wait a the waitress advised she had a big party to tend to and would get back to us. Ordered tea and my pot of ware was warm so had to ask for another one. This time it came hot. Was not offered any refills though.ATM machine was left unlocked and unattended to at 11pm. That was weird.

Ordered the 7 cheese ravioli pasta from this location l, picked it up and brought it home and the ravioli was hard as a rock inside and cold. Called the restaurant as this is the second time in a month that the food has been far below standards. Their solution was to remake it or offer me a gift certificate, to which I disagree. What makes matters worse is the on duty manager contacted the General Manager who quickly dismissed me and said this was the only option available. Evidently they don’t stand by their product and to think that after two failed attempts to get it right their solution is to offer to cover a third disappointment? This has been escalated to corporate. Sad that they’re willing to lose a once dedicated customer over $25.

Boston Pizza is a consistent, reliable chain restaurant. The food preparation is standardized and you can generally depend on getting a decent quality product. Having arrived at our hotel later in the day, we were looking for something close and quick. We split a small pizza and had a salad each. The garden salad at BPs is better than those at most other chains. Along with a mix of greens, there was several veggies added, including grated beets. The salad has character and doesn’t seem like the restaurant is trying to save money by limiting ingredients. This location in Regina was friendly and quick. Would go back again.

We ordered through Skip. When the order arrived an hour later, it was not the correct order. We called the restaurant and spoke with the manager. He said they knew they sent the wrong order. He then told me that he will send our order out ASAP, and they will keep it in the warmer for us. There was no offer to make it fresh, offer a discount, free dessert item. NOTHING! $50 meal and they are keeping it in the warmer. Thanks for the outstanding service BP’s.

I wish I could give half a star lol but the service at this location was really awful.My family and I had dinner here for my birthday and the server was really rude to us. Either she was racist or she just found black people annoying but she rolled her eyes every time she had to serve us. The worst was when she came to collect the bills and she made it so clear that she did not want to serve us. As if that wasn’t enough she continued to roll her eyes at us while serving another table next to us.
