4.7/5.0Being one of the only dimsum establishments in the area around Concord, this really caught my attention. This family owned small business that just started recently deserves recognition. They started out witth frozen dumplings and further expanded to dine in to cater for the post pandemic experience.Me and my friend started with their complementary tea and the classic har gao, both of which were well above satisfactory.We ordered seafood Siu Mai as well which was decent overall but too much salty unfortunately.The pan fried leek and shrimp dumplings were crispy and appetizing on the other hand.As always the custom to finish with desserts, we got salted egg yolk buns that I reckon was the highlight!Throughout our experience the owner was super friendly and we had a chat together about different interesting topics.Will definitely come here again, alas not for the siu mai but for everything else.

High quality dim sum! Friendly service!Referred to this place by a friend, we bought few frozen dim sum to try and we love all of them!Leek and shrimp dumpling is my favourite, there are many shrimps there.The Pork and vegetables bean curd comes with the sauce in a separate package, very tasty!Turnip cake is at the right texture and they are not shy on ingredients.Then it is the delicious Brown sugar sponge cake which just took 40secs in the mircowave and yummy cake is ready!We will go get more dim sum and also steam dishes to try.

La Flame! This gem is hidden away in an industrial area in Vaughan. A small, casual spot with a lovely energy and great Dim Sum dishes. Don't be turned off by the aesthetic and lack of traffic in the plaza, especially on weekends. If you look beyond that you'll find a family, ready to welcome and connect with you through great food. They serve up staples and sling frozen takeaways, that will bring comfort and remind you that some of the best things in life, come in simple forms.

EXCELLENT FOOD!!! WOW! We were looking for a DimSum place, and based on the reviews, we decided to stop by and try it out.At first we were a tad hesitant, because it's located in a very unassuming plaza, with plastic chairs and paper plates.....HOWEVER, I can't tell you how beyond impressed we were with the quality of the food. You can taste the freshness and quality of the ingredients right away. The dumplings are perfectly cooked, not too doughy, or sticky or tough....just right. The salted egg yolk buns were the highlight of the day though....WOW....is all I can say. Definitely Definitely a must try!

Fresh homemade Dim Sum items served by friendly owners of this family-run establishment.Its nice to know that even in this Vaughan neighbourhood, we now have an affordable and delicious Dim-sum spot.Do try their Har Gao, Pan fried Shrimp & chives dumplings and salted egg buns. I do look forward to try more dishes at this no-frills spot and true to the friendly owner’s claim, they do everything fresh.They also sell their homemade frozen dumplings and buns to go, which I must mention that they taste a whole lot better than what you’d get at supermarkets.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I recently dined at Dim Sum Hut with my family and was thoroughly impressed. Not only is the restaurant a family owned business, but the customer service was great and attentive. As soon as we walked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and made sure we were comfortable throughout our meal, especially our little one.But the real standout was the food. The dim sum was absolutely spectacular. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The pan fried buns (#26) were especially delicious, with a perfectly seasoned filling, flavourful soup, and a crispy outside shell and stretchy wrapper. The glutinous rice w/ chicken in lotus leaves (#5) were also a hit, the lotus leaf fragrance was imbued into the perfectly cooked glutinous rice for which its insides is stuffed with juicy bits of savory chicken bits.Overall, I highly recommend Dim Sum Hut for anyone looking for a delicious and authentic dim sum experience. The family owned business, great customer service, and succulent dim sum make for an unbeatable combination.

I cannot express the amount of love I have for this place. This is the second time I have come here and I can honestly say with all my heart this is a great location. This family owned small business gives such a calm, warm vibe that is so nice. There is no tea charge compared to other morning dim sum places I've been too (so that's like $2.5 saved per person). The location is a little far, but totally worth it if you are in the area. They serve morning dim sum and it is all hand-made by a chef with 30 years of experience (by the way, you can totally taste the difference). You can taste the high quality and the service is impeccable. There's this young 12 year old kid that helps out on the weekends to help out his parents and it just warms my heart so much. The owners are so nice to every customer and treats each one with care. It might be more expensive than other dim sum places, but when I tell you the service and quality of food is SO worth it. I've been to other larger places and I can say that the experience I have had at Dim Sum Hut is so much more intimate and service-friendly than any other place I've been to (other places are so noisy and crowded, it gets so uncomfortable and they skimp on service, if you know, you know). All the food was in perfect proportion and it worked just right for me. I bought some of their frozen dim sum options to try at home and they told me how to steam each individual item (attention to detail is immaculate!).I would 100% recommend this very humble establishment because it definitely met my standards! I am absolutely thrilled that I have found this place and this is one of the best dim sum places I have ever been to in the GTA.

Great dim sum! Everything is so fresh and flavourful. We drove 35 minutes and didn’t regret it! Took some frozen dumplings home for later too. The owners are very sweet. We will definitely be back!
