Worst customer service I’ve seen in years. Waited 17 mins in line. Two employees doing nothing, looking over at me. Finally they asked to assist me. Only to be told I had order online something I had done in store prior. Truly sad.

HORRIBLE SERVICE , AVOID AT ALL COST.They chose to staff 3 staff members infront of lobby after 4 oclock on a Weekday. Disrespectful front of house staff that could care less to help you and dont hide that they dont give a hoot about your needs. I even had a staff member tell me they are not oblidge to help in the self serve" area eventhough its a service they render in their establishment (intresting ) apperently they would be willing to help with only 1 staff present behind the counter ( in the studio section) with a line that touches to mars and a extra fee. Guess someones profiting off lack of hire of staff and "extra fees" and its definitley not customers.Im honnestly afraid of what our future holds for customer service. PEOPLE DONT CARE ANYMORE and dont even hide it either.I rather pay the competitor twice as much then get shotty service like that.This could be the last staples on planet earth and i would never set foot here to even buy something as simple as a pen.I have a better chance contacting Harry Potter and borrowing his quill then getting actual customer service in this place .0 stars.Feel free to print my review in your self serve area."

I don't often go to Staples since they seem to be a little behind in terms of innovation and pricing but they have some pretty solid deals on their software (often 80% off) which you can't find anywhere else. I've also ordered a projector screen in the past and it was delivered very quickly and still to this day works fantastic. They also have a huge variety of paper options and business services. You can print, fax and copy all you need at this location. They also offer computer technician services.

This is a large store. The staff do not appear to be pleased working here. I observed the floor staff, in a cluster toward the back of the store, talking about eBay!! There is a large furniture department, as you can see from the photos, it is very unorganized...and dusty. There is a large selection of office chairs, although, nothing was on sale!! There are some wonderful student essentials like the dry erase oversized monthly wall planner; every type of Post-it you could ever need and a variety of organizers. Staples offers copy services, postage stamps, Purolator drop box, FedEx drop box. There is a recycle center for used cartridges etc.Their computer selection is not as good as it used to be. There are a few good deals in the clearance areas, but otherwise, honestly, I don't really see anything unique here. At these prices, I see trouble in the future for this company. Sad to report that their customer service was a 2 out of 10, at best. #localguide

This place is always nice and clean, staffs very friendly and welcoming, and can find all the stationery stuffs under different price categories so that anyone can get anything they like under their own personal budget and preferences.

I got help from Zack today. He was a really great help and got me all the good deals.

Service was ok but the associate helping me with my purchase had zero interest in being there. I found someone else who was excellent but took an hour longer than it should have.

The experience we recently had at Staples in Orleans was phenomenal! We needed programs printed and our sales associate, Ben was extremely helpful as well as knowledgable about graphics. He was super efficient and very pleasant. I look forward to the next time I need printing.

Very friendly staff. Some limited stock in certain areas but a good selection of items in most areas. Easy to find something you are trying to find. Lots of parking and wheelchair accessible.
