Dynacare Laboratory and Health Services Centre

I went there on Wednesday for a walk-in appointment for my bloodwork.Check in was very smooth.Just the wait times were a bit off for me. I almost waited 25 mins for my turn.I understand i had walked in but i saw people coming after me and getting there turn right away.Blood work and EKG were done swiftly.I wad in and out in 10-15 mins.They offered me to register online and pay 10$ if I need to see my results which I am not sure about.Everything else was ok. I would recommend this place as it very conveniently located in heartland town center.

The location is very new and no appointment is needed. We came in and got called almost 5 minutes after. Parking is very good accessibility. Waiting space is very big and those are worth 3 stars in my opinion.But the staff here doesn’t look happy. Almost as if they don’t want to bother to talk to you. But overall the testing procedures are pretty fast and efficient.They should definitely work on their smiles and people skills.Edit: after my wife’s test she told me her arm is now in pain looks swollen. The other review said they don’t get the needle placement right and my wife is feeling the same. Reduced to 2 stars.

I arrived around 1 pm. There were approximately 25 people waiting ahead of me. There is a waitlist posted with estimated wait times on a TV. When I registered it indicated a 20 minute wait and it was incredibly accurate. The process was smooth and fast and I highly recommend this place.

Service was amazing. They really take good care of the regulars. Clean and organized store. Very efficient. Rachel is amazing and made sure I was taken care of and made sure I left quickly.

These people mixed up my collection samples. I had the similar tests back and forth, completely different results, and collection volumes were different as well. When I went to complain about it, a pathetic and incompetent African woman working here asked me as if it was my fault your carelessness messed up my test results. I have REPORTED this to the ministry of health and now they will deal with them.Very long waiting times. The staff are all lost. They handed me someone else's blood work requisition once.

Super efficient, very friendly and informative staff. They have a great system going when signing in the net check in patients and the walk in patients. Visit was super easy and quick. Thank you Dynacare Matheson!!!!

This 5 star rating is for Rama. She did an AMAZING job and was friendly and helpful from start to finish.I had a very bad experience a couple years ago at this same Dynacare location when a male nurse/ med. technician did a terrible job which left me with a bump and blood dripping down my arm. I told Rama about it and she used a smaller needle, and comforted me that it would be okay and she took her time while collecting the blood and made friendly conversation to take my mind off of it. She even helped me set up my DynaCare+ account. I was nervous going in but left there happy this time.The rating I would give this Dynacare location is 4 stars because although they have online check-in, it was temporarily disabled due to high demand" so I had to wait for an hour after getting there. And the waiting area was completely full so I waited in the car. (Luckily this location is in the middle of a shopping area so you could shop or walk around if you wanted.)I also appreciate that they require masks to be worn still which made me feel a little bit better while I was in there and also because there were some patients in there that were coughing.Update: There is a Dynacare Net Check-In app available that I was unaware of. Use that to check-in instead of on the website."

Friendly receptionists, decent wait time, and the injection was painless and quick.I'm not sure why others had negative experience. The ladies that served me were Filipino btw.

Visited today and I would like to give a shout out to nurse Valerie who did such an amazing job. I am always a little anxious as I don't know what to expect because my veins are very difficult to find. But Valerie was so friendly and put me at ease that I barely felt any discomfort and she found my vein perfectly. Thanks Val.Overall, this lab is one of the best in Mississauga in terms of cleanliness, organisation, service offered, staff attitude and accessibility. I've been here multiple times in the last 5 years or so for myself and my senior family members. The reception desk is always efficient and friendly. All the nurses we've had so far are amazing and experienced. Wait times are long for sure but that is the case with most good clinics because people prefer to go there for the services. Bonus is that parking is free too. Thanks Dynacare.

This place is disgusting. I was there an hour ago and needed to use the washroom. I went in the washroom, puddles on the floor and no toilet paper . When I told the front desk and she replied it's a public washroom what do you expect. She didn't have the courtesy to provide a roll of toilet paper. It is so called a health care facility.i was disgusted with her answer.please contact me so we can discuss.l noticed that the owner only responds back to 5 star reviews let's see if I hear from you.
