The reason I go to a certain location is because of the people I get to deal with.The young lady that just helped me is professional, courteous ,kind and has a big smile. This is why I will always come back to this location. To many people act like they are doing us a favour by helping us. Its refreshing to have someone that actually wants to be helpful.

This morning i attended this location and i am very pleased with my decision to come here. The lady who was helping me this morning was extremely kind, caring and funny. I trusted her dealing when it came to dealing with my financial concerns. She was extremely helpful & i am above and beyond thankful for her customer service. Her customer service was amazing i have never ever received service like that when it comes to my banking needs. In the future i will for sure be coming to this location. Thank you !!!!

Excellent service and very professional staff. The lady who helped me in the morning went an extra mile making sure that my transaction would flow smoothly and she was very friendly. She also called to give me a follow up with regards to my transaction. Highly recommended!

This is hands-down my favourite agent location. The lady I see here most often is super friendly and cheerful yet extremely professional. She acknowledges you when you enter the store and recognizes her regulars. Makes a difference when people serve you with a smile. :) No other location I’ve been to in the lower mainland compares!

Marsha is so friendly, reliable, always smiling never showing anything but positive kindness even after she has served 6 people infront of me all by herself. I have been to other MM stores never have I had the experience of being served by someone so knowledgeable, efficient and willing to help get over any obstacle rather than turning away a customer. If I owned a business this is the type of employee 100% that I would look for. Kudos to someone who saw her potential and scooped her up.

Teller Mildred is really nice and very accommodating. We had no troubles sending money and she really helped me and my grandfather over the course of transferring our money to our relatives in other country.
