If I could leave 0 stars I would. They don’t care about you. Nott Autocorp made my experience hell! There was little to no communication. Felt like I was in a more unprofessional environment, everyone I’ve spoke to seemed to be younger than me and with that factor in play I felt I wasn’t being taken seriously throughout my entire experience. My friend said she had the same experience with some employees from NOTT, whom told her that what she was looking for was out of her range however she still ended up getting one from a better dealership where they actually care about their customers. Don’t waste your time coming here.

Best dealership experience so far! I saw a car I was very interested in online and got to Nott right when I saw it. I was welcome by Graeme, super friendly and helpful from the start. I told him I was interested in that specific car, and he got it ready in a couple of minutes for me to test drive. Being a manual, I obviously stalled it at the first occasion and we discovered the battery needed to be replaced. Graeme boosted it right away so we could resume the test drive and got the batterie replaced as soon as we were back to their office. I then met Shaun to discuss financing, and once again amazing service. He took the time to reach my previous loaner to see if they could offer a better rate compared to others and got me a good rate. Got there the next day to finalize paperwork and pickup the car, and once again super friendly service from Graeme, who got everything ready while I was dealing with MPI. After a couple of minutes I was out with a new car. Everything from the start to finish was so easy and convenient. I’ve been travelling across Canada for a while, dealt with many different dealerships with different processes and rules from a province to another, and this was the easiest, most friendly and convenient experience I ever had buying a car. I would recommend going there to anyone, and thank you again to Graeme and Shaun for their service!

Fantastic experience at Nott purchasing my Tesla model 3. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, I was greeted with nothing but smiles. Everyone was very polite and eager to help. Our salesman Graeme was very professional and made this entire experience worthwhile. He listened to my requests and went above and beyond in ensuring I was comfortable with my purchase. The entire team was very accomodating and friendly. I would highly recommend Nott Auto, they are doing customer service right!

Cam did a great job helping us select a Lexus NX300. He was patient with us as we looked at and test drove a number of different vehicles. Cam really knows his cars. He was able to answer all our questions. He helped us narrow down our selection to eventually one. Cam and Andre made the buying experience simple and easy. We are very happy we chose Nott Autocorp.

This experience at a used car dealership was my first, and it proved to be a very positive one. Sam K. took care of the sale and couldn’t have been more kind, accommodating, and gracious throughout the process. He responded immediately to inquiries, even in his “off hours” when there was some uncertainty around the holiday weekend business hours.I would describe Nott as a first-class place with a friendly staff, positive energy, and “homey” feel, right down to the dog, Bella, who brought a little levity to the process of closing the deal. A special thanks to Sam, as well as the other staff who helped make my car purchase go smoothly (Myles, Carter, Matthew included). Loving the car is a nice added bonus :)

Absolutely terrible experience purchasing a used vehicle at Nott Auto Group and I will never conduct any business here again. I would say to anyone looking into buying a vehicle either new or used to stay far away from Nott!They lack transparency, integrity and respect for their customers. Should you have any problems with your purchase and you will run into issues they will do very little to offer solutions.Again, I can't stress enough to stay far away from this dealership! The one star that I have to select just to post this review is insulting as they don't even deserve the single star.

Not our first purchase here and certainly not our last. Outstanding atmosphere. The entire building has a family business feel to it. They like each other and they make you feel welcome and at home. Sam was my sales guy and was top shelf. He is naturally gregarious and authentic. He enjoys people and his job. It shows. He showed me the car I came in to see but, through natural conversation, actually ended up finding me a car that was much more suited to my needs. It was an awesome experience. I never felt pressured and wasn't bombarded with cliché sales lines. I was looking at multiple vehicles at different locations to make the best choice and the best deal. Nott - hands down - got my business.

I would like to thank Graeme for his great service while I was purchasing my 2013 Dodge Challenger RT.I am from Cape Breton Nova Scotia and he made this long distance purchase such a great experience. Graeme and the finance department made this very easy experience I would do it again for sure. They even looked after the shipping and I will soon take possession of my muscle I had been I life long dream to owned an RT Challenger and they made it happen Thanks Again Graeme

My experience with Nott was amazing. The sales advisor Sam was very thorough to help me find exactly what I was looking for. He assured to make my experience easy and seamless and was enthusiastic while doing it. The Finance manager, Carter made sure to explain everything easily and provide us with great options. Highly recommend shopping with this team.

Cam made buying my vehicle so easy. He looked at options that were in my price range and at no point did he try pushing me to purchase a more expensive vehicle. I've had bad experiences at other dealerships when purchasing before, but I felt heard and accommodated here. I ended up leaving with a Cadillac which I am very happy with. The day of purchase, the engine light went on and Cam made sure that the dealership covered the cost of the repair. I am definitely referring people here, and will come back when I'm ready to purchase a new vehicle.
