We really liked the marketing material he used on the sale of the house, it was very innovative, the web site he put together was great, he did a great video presentation of the property, the pictures, and the 3D virtual tour was impressive, it really helped the buyers have a clear idea of what the property had to offer. We had a great number of showings in a short period of time and good reviews. The property was sold in a very reasonable time, we had multiple offers and Danny was great at helping us through the negotiation process. Danny was also very accommodating and available during the buying process, he helped us find the perfect home for our family.
