I ordered and stood around for 15 minutes in front of the place and she didn’t even tell me my food was ready. When I finally decided to approach the counter and ask how much longer she hands me a cold bag of food that’s been sitting there for who knows how long. Train your staff to call out orders when they’re ready. Food was cold and bland.

Incredibly slow to take an order and get it out. I went here 2 times befor3 each time gets worse. 3rd time i stood for 10 mins no one took my order as the worker slowly was busy with packing other orders. Not sure of shes slow or location needs more workers. But i went next door to harveys and wont be back. Its supposed to be fast food !!

Would you pay $5 for onion rings like these? Took way too long (about 10 minutes) to wait for onion rings to come with a couple burgers and to have them turn out like this. Pathetic performance at this mall location.

Every time I come to this location, it takes such a long time to process the order. People are typically nice but there's some who just don't seem to care. Lol. But then again it's working at the mall... I can't blame them. A couple of times, they've forgotten different pieces of my order. Overall, it's like your typical A&W but with a longer wait time.

Early morning breakfast at A&W.Nice staff.Relatively fast service.Fresh eggs and bread. You will get two jams for free.All in all very good.

The lady that works in the morning charges different prices for breakfast when adding a coke. Tried to talk to her a few times, she doesn't get it. Everyone else charges .60 she charges 3.19. tried to show her receipts and everything but it's a lost cause.

A&W official website says this location (Markville Mall) opens at 8:30. I’ve tried to get breakfast at 9 several times and they say they’re STILL NOT READY. I typically start work at 10 and it’s UNBELIEVABLE how late the staff arrive/prepare. I then end up at Tim’s nearby.During the day, it’s usually between a 10-15 minute wait for a burger meal which is slower than any “fast food” place I ever go to. The food is alright but the wait will frustrate you and don’t even think about early breakfast here.
