Bad Boy Furniture

I’ve only lived in Kitchener for a short time but this is my go to furniture store. The customer service is like no other! Shruti is so friendly and so helpful and truly care about the customers experience. Brought my parents all the way from Windsor and they loved the store too!

Was there 2 times to buy a safe . The sales person and the manager kept following us everywhere and use silly sales tactics to try to make us buy. They were very pushy we felt uncomfortable and left . The second time we went they were better , we felt with another person and placed an order. Surprisingly the rest was great. We were told delivery is in 15 . We got a call that the order will be sent for delivery. The deliver was scheduled in 3 dash got my sofa a week earlier than schedule. The delivery guys were not the best they tried to say the sofa won’t fit the door but I insisted it will and finally they got it inside the house . They were clueless and didn’t know what they were doing they even left the sofa wrapped and wanted me to sign that I received I refused to get them to open it. So I do recommend based on my experience.

The staff was very patient in showing us the bed which was perfectly created for our needs.The product is good.Very less waiting time on the product.I will update the review after around a month of usage of the product.

We loved our sales associate and the delivery staff were great but we will never shop at Bad Boy again. We ordered a 3 peice sectional and we were sent the couch portion and 2 chaise loungers. Then, we get the love seat delivered and it had a massive hole in it...nobody bothered to look at the love seat before it arrived? It's such a waste of everyones time. Never again. Had zero issues with the Brick. Check out these photos of the couch after 2 weeks of use. The foam is broken, the cushion foam is also different and a peice of binding has snapped???- It's now 2023/03/29 and they have not recieved feedback from the manufacturer" - do not shop here."

If I could give this company Zero stars I would. They gave me a damaged glass product from their warehouse and refused to replace it or refund my purchase. Basically stole $200 from me and passed it off as not being an expensive" item. Everything they sell is "final sale" so buyer beware. $200 is alot of money to someone on ODSP and has disabilities! They are a horrible company with a few awful customer service reps who told me this wasn't a priority. One lady was nice but really only trying to bridge the gap between them and a 3rd party.Never ever do business with these crooks. Nooooooobody wins but Lastmans!"

Ordered an LG dishwasher back in December 2022. Called once - two weeks delay, called second time - another two weeks delay, called the third time - another month delay, so we were told we won’t receive a product until May. I asked what my other options were. The sales person on the phone said they couldn’t offer any other similar dishwasher that is available, and they’re doing no refunds only store credit. I’m disappointed and will be looking for ways to escalate this situation. I would think that if a company can’t deliver a product within reasonable timelines they’d at least return the money they charged for it back to the customer.

Ordered a love seat recliner on line and everything went smooth! The delivery went very well. Received a call in the morning, informing me of the delivery window, followed by another call prior to arriving, saying they'd be there withing 5 minutes. And they were very accurate. Perfection!! Oh and the delivery guys were awesome! They set up everything, as required and were very quick! AMAZING!I called the store afterwards to speak with customer service. I spoke with Gina and she was very friendly and polite!Furthermore, the guys delivering the couch were awesome and fast, like PROS!! I will certainly go back to Bad Boy as I had a great experience, in fact I am looking for a dinning room set so, that is where I am going! BAD BOY!!I will finish by saying that we all complain when something goes wrong but we don't say much when things go right. Well, with my purchase, everything went right and I want people to know! More people need to leave good reviews! Let's focus on the positive things in life!Frank

Terrible Customer service 0!!!They give you the hard sales pitch then they don't deliver on what's promised.Purchased a full living room set. (couch Love seat and 2 arm chairs ).Was told it would take 4 -6 weeks for delivery which was fine.I deposited some funds for the order.I was called by the store informing me my delivery was coming with the week and to pay the balance.I returned to the store paid the balance and expected delivery of the furniture the following week ( Wed or Thurs),Of course there was no delivery.Upon returning to the store and asking what's going on I was told 4-6 weeks delivery. - Complete BSThe store was also suppose to give me a fabric guard kit which they claimed is valued at $80.00 but of course they have not in stock.Definitely would not recommend this furniture store

I have never in my entire life had a worse experience with a company, and from the reviews online, a lot of people seem to share a similar terrible experience. The store has made our lives hell, we have been lied to for two months straight, I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy because of the horrible, horrible customer service and experience. If you decide to shop here, make sure you record EVERY conversation you have with them because they will continuously lie straight to your face for months. The delivery company made over $2000 of damage to our hardwood flooring, the couch was defective and had a broken leg, they lied about the delivery date twice, and they made us multiple promises they did not keep. It’s been 2 months our entire family has been calling and emailing multiple times a week. When we call they put us on hold and tell us to send an email to customer service, and not even a single reply to our emails, just ignored. We went to the store multiple times and the only answer they can provide is “The head office has not replied to my email, there is nothing I can do.” and that’s the answer we’ve been getting for TWO months! The couch is just sitting in the living room, no one has come to pick it up or fix it for us, and they won’t even let us return it for store credit. We were then told you can use it until we get you the new couch, today when we spoke to the store manager he became furious because he said that they would never agree to such thing. Our biggest mistake is not recording all our conversations with them. If that was not bad enough we found out that they NEVER contacted the head office and they have been doing nothing about the damages they have caused for the past two months. They lied about delivery dates, about trying to fix our issue, the sales representative lied to us the entire time we were shopping, and so many other things I could write a 5 page essay about their lies. We are exhausted from having to deal with this place…
