My wife and I were introduced to Liana and her team at Plantscape Windsor days after moving to Belle River in May. We had an extensive backyard reno to be done which involved landscaping, drainage, grading, stone work, fencing, irrigation, electrical rough in, and Synlawn turf. We also had Liana and Dawn pick out 5 custom planters for us for each season. Liana’s team, Dawn, John, Randy, Ryan, and Chris did an amazing job and were very helpful and accommodating to our requests and did an amazing job. Ryan and Chris always made sure to clean up the worksite every day and went above and beyond with their professionalism and knowledge of their work. They were very much concerned whether I was 100% happy with their work, from the positioning of a retaining wall, to the type of brick cut we preferred. They are 100% serious about their craft and it is obviously a labour of love of theirs. We are having the team by again soon to assist us with our Christmas lights and will have them back in the New Year and years to come for more projects. Great quality and variety of plants, professional service and very friendly. From planning to install everything was well communicated and collaborated on.When we decided to add lighting part way through the planning process, adjustments were made without needing to delay the start of the project. We were regularly checked in with at various points of the project to ensure we were happy with placement of plants, boulders and trees. All sod came in and was installed the same day to ensure nothing browned.All around great company to work with and will recommend them to everyone.

Working with this team for plant installation and landscape design at my house was an absolute delight. They understood my vision, executed flawlessly, and created a vibrant and flourishing garden. Their professionalism, communication, and commitment to exceeding expectations were outstanding. My home has been transformed into a beautiful botanical paradise that brings joy and tranquility. I highly recommend this company for their expertise in blending nature and design. Prepare to be amazed by the result!

We had a rather large landscape job done by Plantscape that was started in the fall of 2017 and completed in the spring of 2018. Plantscape worked alongside a local pool company that was doing an install at the same time.The majority of the job was to prep and install a huge amount of interlock brick which has since sunk and settled all around the pool deck which is aggregate concrete.It is obvious that they did not prep the area with enough screening to prevent the sinking of the brick. Even in the first season we had low spots that would puddle after some rainfall.They did come and try to repair a few areas but were not happy having to send someone for the day to do the repairs.Needless to say as that short period went on, the once happy company that was doing such a big job for big money and had been paid in full - were no longer happy dealing with us in response to our concerns.4 years since the install and I feel that it should still look like new, but unfortunately their true craftsmanship has shown through. If only they had properly did preparation enough for the install, i would be leaving a better review.This is a true half star rating because of the contractual relationship that was abandoned by Plantscape.

I wish there was more stars to give. Having worked with many contractors for numerous things in and around my home, I feel like I am constantly just waiting to see what I’m going to be disappointed about but the Plantscape team has certainly proven that great companies still exist.From beginning to end, they were professional, honest with their advice and completed the entire job incredibly quick! They even brought in a water truck when done to wash everything down, including the road! I’ve never seen that and my neighbors thank you!John was always available when contacted and Chris the lead on this job and his crew were amazing. I was even a little sad when they packed up the wheelbarrows because they truly were a pleasure to see everyday.It’s not by luck that a local family business has been around for over 40 years. You have to be good! Plantscape, thank you so much for helping us achieve our dream backyard.

We are very happy with the work we had done. John was a pleasure to work with, great ideas and generally very helpful. From design to installation, everything went beautifully. The crew worked hard and were very courteous. They cleaned up when finished which was a bonus for us.

We are so pleased to recommend Plantscape! I wish I could give 10 stars! John and his entire team were punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We spent time with the design team before and after our inground pool was installed to finalize the best design within our budget. They ensured that our backyard would not only look beautiful but engineered for a lifetime of enjoyment. The team worked diligently to transform our backyard to create privacy and peacefulness along with great views of a variety of shrubs, perennials, plants, and decorative stone. We even added on a small beautification project to our front yard while the work was taking place in the back. John was very helpful with suggestions to “refreshing “ our front yard. When the crew, who were very polite, was working John came by several times to make sure it was what we wanted. The work was completed exactly the way we wanted. We have and will recommend Plantscape to all who are looking for a terrific job.

Our experience with Plantscape has been outstanding. We started with a Landscape design and they worked closely with us to ensure we liked the plants chosen. They even brought pictures of the individual plants for us to see. Their team was here for about a week doing this large install and they were professional, courteous and polite. We used both their recommendations for landscape lighting and irrigation and both parties were equally as good. I have recommended them to colleagues and friends.

We hired Plantscape to replace our weathered concrete patio (approx 1100 sq ft) with interlocking block, re-sod our lawn and add and band of mulch along our backyard this summer. John was attentive and answered our many questions, as well as provided us with some great advice based on his experience. During demolition Alex and Al were careful to remove all of the existing concrete without damaging our existing overhang - this was a tough job as the concrete was up to 9 thick!
