URI and Jay are the best CPAP specialists I have ever encountered. Maria L in the office is super efficient with insurance matters. Everyone is friendly too. You are in good hands here for all your CPAP needs.

badbadbad they. also try so. hard. to. delete bad reviews which is unethical.racist employee and un aware of the law and regulations of their own municipality and breaking the law by making patients wait 6month and just not give their cpap that they need for every night sleep due to the racial issues . my mom is approved by odsp to have a cpap and they didnt even listen to me. n do their job n call the hot line of odsp and simply went with their wrong asumptiom. this is not the only place im reporting this bussines so even if the owner try to wrongfuly delete this ill be reporting to local bylaw as well. having aawful services and policies to not have real honest reviews. so they can continue hurting our community. this is their way of taking senior clients.

This clinic is awful and does not respect other people's time and schedules. They lack organization and time management skills. I dropped my dad off for his 4:30pm appointment, and he was not seen until 6:00pm. A whole hour and half of waiting! I called in to ask and was told that Dr. Tan Jarvis is aware of this problem and has been made aware multiple times. but still tells her employees to book people in for appointments" fully knowing she will take her time and not honour the time slots she's booked her patients for. This is absolutely ridiculous and something needs to change! What kind of clinic are you running? Have some respect for people's time!"

My wife and I have been few years with PureFlow Healthcare. They not provided us with materials for our Apnea problems but have monitored the use and provided instructions how to optimize the use of the equipment. The answered all our questions and dealt with the issues. When our technician went away, she provided a backup technician in case we had any questions or problems. This is what I consider a good service.
