The Face Shop

This shop is my favorite. I was dealing with different skin health concerns and tried a lot of products from different brands and different shops. This shop changed my path in skin-care routines. Great quality of products, nice and supporting staff. Also, you will get a gift for free after a specific amount of purchase. To be honest, this is one of the reasons to go back to this store once in a while.

I went to this store with mh cousin to buy face masks. Great varieties and I also got a good deal the 2nd time buying from this store. (Free items after spending $50) Very nice staff.

I got a text from this company that the body oil from beyond is back in stock so I purposely came in to buy it. I was greeted from a very friendly sales associate and she show me where the product was. Unfortunately, as I had told her I wanted to buy the body oil, she went and help another lady. I stood in the store waiting for a good 10 minutes while she help this lady and later helped her to the till with her purchase. So instead of quickly helping me with what I could have purchase right away, she made me wait. Very poor customer service. I will consider purchasing this product at another store.

Nice to see a Face Shop...it's been years since the branches closed down in our city.

The Vietnamese girl who working there is too pushy, I know what I want so I bought the toner and then she keep saying about promotion so many times even though I told her that I know what I want. So bad experience

I really appreciated this store. I am very unfamiliar with makeup and beauty products. I have found that some stores are not all that helpful to someone who has no idea about makeup and skin care. However the employees at the face shop were very helpful to me and we're willing to answer my questions and help me find the correct product for my fiance. I wished to buy her a gift as a surprise and their patient and courteous assistance was most appreciated. I was able to make a good selection and when my fiance received the gift she was excited that I had found the correct product for her. They made me look very good. Because of that I will be returning to the store from time to time when I need the kind of products that they sell.

Friendly and helpful staff. Also gives out lots of free samples and discounts (which makes me really happy) when you purchase a certain amount.

It is a Korean cosmetics product, and there were many promotions prepared with friendly staff. There were many items suitable for Christmas
