Customer Service night crew needs to get fired, 3 employees chatting behind the counter, I stood there for a good 2 mins, no one in front of me and they were having a conversation in their language, having acknowledged that I was there, the girl tapped for the guy to assist, he looked at me and turned back to continued their conversation, until a floor employee came to me to assist me... Should I Dare Say It ...?

one such organized store than other locations, so it is easy to select the item.

Not the biggest Wal Mart but it has pretty much all the things you can usually expect in a Wal Mart.Very friendly staff, helpful and courteous too. Plenty of parking and conveniently located.

Quiet and easy shopping storeIt would be more helpful to customers to add fresh vegetables and fruits to the shelves.

My experience in buying a new phone was good with the Kiosk Manager, Omer. He was really helpful. In fact I got support for 3 days continuously. He was trying to help me to get a contract with Rogers by migrating my network from fido. On Saturday, the support he was provided was tremendous. But unfortunately the Roger's application was not supportive and he spoke with more than 8 reps to help me get the contract with Roger's. I am a eye witness that Roger's portal didn't show the details correctly. Due to the deal details not matching at the Manager's end and Rep's end, I had to cancel the contract. I ended up buying a new phone without a contract. He was patient enough throughout the day in helping me and hardly took a break. In fact, i got extraordinary support in setting up my new phone as my old phone was dead. The support was surprisingly a very good customer service.

Upon checkout and ready to pay, Store cashier asked me if I wanted a Store gift card. I declined. She insisted saying it is free". I reluctantly agreed but she kept asking more person questions as she filled out the application

Pharmacist needs to be more attentive to customer inquiries. Some of the pharmacist are very good, some of them are really bad. No intention to help and directing customers. The lady who usually stocks up diapers and pads, is so nice & helpful. She should get the salary of pharmacist.

The location is extremely convenient for anyone depending on the LRT. I was expecting the Photo Centre to notify me of when my pics were ready though. I bought them online and they were shipped to this Walmart (they were an odd size) and I never heard from them so I called and they found them. When I came to pick them up, the envelope said “urgent: customer waiting” on them, lol. It wasn’t actually urgent, but would have been nice for them to let me know.

The lack of food sucks. They have an okay selection of home items but this Walmart is more akin to a pop up Walmart that was placed here to make the mall more attractive. It has the basic necessities of home care, that’s about it
