Easy to use drive-through, drinks did not take too long, and they were made as directed.Pretty typical Starbucks drive-through experience, no complaints.

Shout out to Alex for making me smile everyday before work and knowing it’s me before I even order! Amazing customer service skills. It’s nice coming somewhere as regular and being recognized/my order remembered everyday before I start work! :)

It is Starbucks so I don't really need to review them so much. I gave this starbucks 5 out of 5 because it was great in all aspects. The food is the food, but they warmed my cookie, a nice touch. Service and atmosphere, a nice big Starbucks, lots of tables to do a little Cafe laptop work, and a smart hardworking staff.

When we arrived it was extremely busy and took roughly 5 mins to order. Waiting for the two drinks took about 10 minutes as well. Overall the baristas were friendly.

A nice big Starbucks on the edge of Kitchener-Waterloo. Service is fast and friendly and the servers take the time to explain ingredients for sandwiches I was unfamiliar with. There’s also a drive through if you’re in a rush - but indoor service was fast too (under 10 minutes for 4 drinks and 4 breakfast sandwiches)

They have the friendliest staff. Everybody is so nice and remembers your name. Little things like that go a long way. Can sometimes be super busy, but at least you can leave the drive-thru if necessary, unlike the one on Fairway Road.

Enjoyed a Chocolate Mint Frappuccino from this location. It was delightfully crisp, and aromatically balanced. I felt as if I had a put my straw in a minty cloud, and taken a sip.

It took me 22 minutes to get an Americano. And then it was really watery.Only worth going through the drive thru here as they allocate more staff for that service and pretty much ignore the people in store.Parking is also really difficult, only a couple spots that back into the drive through.
