Great Service! Jim called prior to arriving to confirm the appointment and he arrived early. As we walked through the job he was very informative and up front about any issues we may run across due to the condition and age of the carpets. His work exceeded my expectations and even the older carpeting looked great. Very courteous and professional. I will definitely have him back when needed and will recommend him to anyone needing this type of service.

I had a wonderful experience with CJ's Chem-Dry! Jim and Susanna are an amazing team. They showed up on time, gave me a fair estimate, allowed me to make day-of decisions on what I wanted to have cleaned and went above and beyond going so far as to obtain a special tool that day in order to be able to accommodate one of my requests. They were super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and informative and very professional. The Chem-Dry system impressed me as well. Totally green and dried in a matter of a few hours. Visibly my carpet was in pretty good shape to begin with but they were able to show me what they pulled out and just seeing Jim and Susanna's confidence in their product and how well it sanitizes gave me great peace of mind. I really had no idea what to expect but I now know who my carpet/tile/granite cleaners will be for life! Thank you!

My carpet is dirty, old, worn, wrinkled and needs to be replaced. Unforeseen circumstances made it impossible to replace at this time. Spending time at home, I just wanted the carpet to at least feel clean. Researching local carpet cleaners, I came across CJ's Chem-Dry. I read the bio and loved the picture of Jim and Susanna. They just looked so cute, I thought I'd give them a try. Susanna was so helpful when I explained the condition of my carpet and told her I was not looking for any miracles or guarantees. She was able to fit me into Jim's schedule in a few days. When Jim arrived he was the most personable service person I have had in many years. He explained what he could do and I explained I wasn't looking for miracles. During our conversations I discovered he was a dog lover like me. We had the nicest conversation while waiting between pretreatment and the actual cleaning. Jim explained everything he was doing and why. When he was finished I was totally amazed!! No, my carpet didn't look new, it's old and worn, but it was cleaner and looked better than it had for a long long time. On top of that, the price was so reasonable. I would HIGHLY, recommend CJ's Chem-Dry to anyone looking for a down to earth, honest, reliable and great carpet cleaner. Had an amazing experience with this company cleaning our carpets. Jim was on time, professional, and pet friendly. We had several pieces that needed to be cleaned in preparation for our Son's wedding. Jim did a very thorough job getting the pet hair, stains and overall dirt out of our two couches and two chairs. We highly recommend CJ's Chem Dry and Jim as a technician.

I called CJs chemdry for a quote and information on the remediation of cat urine on the carpeting and flooring of my sons bedroom. The owner called me back in less than a day of my web submission and provided expert guidance on the best options for me. In the end, her recommendation was not to use her company, but to use a DIY solution, because it would save me money, and have a similar result in my situation, which was unique. This is the first time in a long time I felt like I was receiving top notch customer service. She went up and above the call of duty to do the best thing for me even though it did not benefit her company. I am going to for sure use CJs chemdry in the future when I have a need for these services as she is simply the best I have come across. Added bonus, the company personnel are extremely friendly. No judgments on my situation with the flooring which was quite bad looking.

The absolute best! Very friendly and educational. We had Zeorez clean our carpets previously and they left them crunchy. CJ's Chemdry did an AMAZING job and left our carpets looking amazing! We plan to have our office cleaned next. We are so happy with their service and I would highly recommend!Update: Jim cleaned our carpets in our office that are frequently used and stained. On top of us constantly having workers coming through our office, we also had a few urine stains from our dog.Jim came in on a Sunday and made our carpets look as good as new. We were relocating from South Florida to Minnesota. The new home here in Medina had carpets that really needed to be cleaned before we moved in. I found CJ's through a google search and gave them a call. Jim was what I was hoping to find! Professional, knowledgeable and very responsive. He let me know when he was at our home and did an amazing job cleaning our carpets. Even took pictures so I could see the work completed. When we arrived at our new home a few days later, our carpets looked brand new. I would highly recommend CJ's and will be using their services for years to come.

Jim was a friendly, efficient, professional carpet and upholstery cleaner who was willing to take the time to do a careful checking out our home, describe what products he would use in each issue our aging carpets presented. He was able to remove some dark stains on a light carpet that had been there for years which we had not been able to remove with OTC products. It was very important to us that ChemDry uses pet and people safe products since we are cat owners. Once he began working, Jim impressed me with his dedication when it came to truly treating each area of our carpet that had not been properly attended to by some of his competitors with sufficient effort to truly get it clean. Jim even advised that we consider getting rid of an old vacuum that could not deal with the pet hair, or long hair of our daughters which his method did successfully. We will be contacting ChemDry and requesting Jim the next time we get our carpets done!
