In the recent storm our fence was down on both the sides. when we called the claims adjustor , she was recommending to replace the entire fence at our cost ,suggesting a contractor instead of fixing them, she was yelling for no reason ,with out any discussions , she sends a mail finally stating that there is no claim . Case closed .Insurance we believe is to recoup some loss if not the entire loss . Is Insurance tricky ? or she ? Stay away from them ! !forced to give a star as google was not allowing to post without a star!

We've always found the customer service great but with our newest agent the service has been above par and coverage is now more comprehensive and specific to our needs.
