LMC Footcare Ottawa

New to Ottawa and was looking for a Chiropodist.LMC Footcare was in my neighborhood so decided to give it a try. Made and appointment and had my first visit to this clinic in Dec 2022. The service provided was acceptable. Made a another appointment for 8 weeks later. Arrived at the clinic but was told I did not have an appointment. I insisted I did, however the receptionist told me that the appointment was probably cancelled because I did not pay. I returned home to retrieve my receipt from the previous appointment and was then told by the receptionist that they had been looking at the wrong screen previously. No real explanation as to why I no longer had an appointment. I decided to make another appointment with the receptionist however was not able to get an appointment for several more weeks. Arrived for my scheduled appointment however, once again, I was told by the same receptionist that I did not have an appointment. I am afraid I was so frustrated by this time that I informed the receptionist (not too politely) that I would not be returning. By writing this review, I hope the company's owner(s) will investigate the situation so this does not happen to anyone else.
