A decent building with en-suite features and nice customer service. Savannah is so nice and she’s always willing to help in a friendly manner.

The MARQ at 18 James Street
I don’t know where to begin with this company. Their customer service is quite poor to say the least and their communication is for worse. It has always been a hassle to get through with them regarding important matters. Staff isn’t at the front desk when their hours indicate that they are open on this day, having to pay fees due to incompetence and the list goes on. Quite unsatisfied with this company

The MarQ is definitely better of the lot in Waterloo but I have had poor experiences with them quite often. Some issues with them are persistent: No one is there at the front desk most of the time even during the short hours of the day they are supposed to be available; you need to take keys for the gym each time from the front desk but since they are not there mostly, it becomes useless; they have an unbelievably ridiculous excuse for everything that you point out to them; they enter your apartment very often; they are inflexible with any request you make
