M & K Home Sales - Lethbridge

I purchased a 3 bed, 2 bath home from M&K, I have been living in it for a month and a half. I couldn't be happier with the home and the service. Every single crew member from sales, to site even the Red Deer office made the process so wonderful and easy. I love my home, the finishes are phenomenal and it doesn't feel like your living in a MH. It's got a ton of space to grow a family. Huge thanks to James, Dave, Marty, Brad, Amber (red deer) and everyone else that helped get me my forever home. I would recommend m&k to everyone. If your even considering a manufactured home, get to Lethbridge or Red Deer and tour the homes. Important note, those in BC, they do deliver to BC and it was the best choice.

I purchased my new home and was moved in with in 3 months!! I could not be any happier with my experience not just with M & K Homes but with my salesman Randall McPhee. He was very patient and answered any questions or concerns that i would have. And they follow up service is beyond my expectations. Any issues that I have had have been dealt with quickly and with out any problems. I am over the moon in love with my new home and the service that I have received in the past and I am sure the future, The men that come out to repair any issues, Craig and Brad, always go above and beyond to make sure that I am happy with everything. Would I recommend M &K mobile Homes, Randall and the service?? To every person I meet!

Just a quick update. We purchase our home from M&K in Lethbridge, just over a year ago. Many times you hear that once they have your money they are gone, not so with this great company. We have had some very minor items that needed some attention and the quality of work and care from Dave, Craig and Brad is as good or better than they day we moved in. If you are looking to purchase a manufactured home I encourage you to do your home work, the after sales service is so important, this team does not let you forget how important you are to them. If you purchase a home from M&K you are treated like family. Thank you so much Dave, Craig and Brad for looking after us and our home!

I was looking for a home in Alberta but wasn’t finding anything I like. I saw a couple of modular homes but they were 10 years old. When I compared a new modular to an older one I decided on buying new. I never had the opportunity to view the home until I took possession. I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and well constructed this modular home is. Pride and care were taken during construction as evident in the bathrooms and kitchen. M&K Homes have answered all my questions before during and after the purchase. Everything I was told and promised was exactly what I got. Great company to work with.I would definitely recommend M&K Homes to anyone considering a modular home.Bill

We have lived in our m&k home for about a year and half now, and it still great.Randall was our sales person and he was excellent! The customer service after we moved in remained. Can’t say enough good things!

Such an Amazing experience!!! Fantastic people to deal with!!! Our sales person James, was awesome dealing with our bazillion questions. Our home is fantastic....we were sent the wrong cupboard handles originally (my wife's biggest issue) and they changed them straight away! They showed up when they said they're going to. We did have a few minor other issues in our new home, however, they came out and fixed them straight away and told us to keep a list big or small for after winter once everything settles. Warranty is great service is fantastic!!! We truly loved our experience in all aspects!!! More then 5 stars for sure!!!!

He works hard to make your dreams come true! What team work! The team; including James will answer questions when you call even if you didn't buy from him. Dave, who sets up the delivery is compassionate and communicates well. James in warranty is so easy going and such a great listener!
