Three of my children attended this daycare and we have nothing but the best to say about it. Kids were always excited to go, loved thier teachers and friends. Staff is amazing, very sweet, gentle, professional and caring. Place is beautiful and very clean. My children progressed so much. We had to leave due to closing hours but if they extend their hours we will be coming back for sure.

You know what they say, if you want a true and close eye on your childcare be a fly on the wall when under 'professional care'. I use that term loosely. I reside beside the facility and am so unimpressed with what I've personally seen and heard coming from your children's 'outside' play time schedules that it behooves me not to send feedback. Am very sorry to report, since the inception of this facility your children have become progressively less cared for, have less structured fun time, are much louder, less calm and have exhibited additional levels of heightened frustration (i.e. long term crying, distressed screaming with indifferent care being taken). We cannot simply tell a child to 'stop crying' and expect results. Your children are our future and if our future leaders are not being taught or offered valuable life tactics, love, care and/or being watched over 'as a loving parent would', well then my heart is saddened. You get what you pay for they say. Today for example, I saw and heard one wee girl scream and cry for close to an hour. If you think I was sad, I wonder how that wee little angel felt. I also see there are way too many children for the amount of 'trained' staff this facility has currently. I hope you will take this information into consideration for the care of our future leaders, your valued children.

Within less than 2 weeks they forgot my 3.5 year old outside. Some random person going to the credit union seen my son and ran to the daycare to tell them. When I was questioned what really happened they finally showed me video from their camera. They tried to say they were not able to bring the video up on the computer out front and had to show me on their phone. The reason for this is because they were able to edit the video on their phone, I made sure to watch the time and sure enough it jumped and the video looked like it glitched for a split second. I tried to get my money back to pull him out but because it was the last day they allowed for refunds they refused. This was reported and investigated. My son wore a watch with video calling and I can tell you I was not happy with what I seen when they were unaware he was calling me. I also had twins in the infant room one of my twins has EDS and possibly autism. At naptime because he was to difficult" to deal with they would leave him to scream and throw up all over himself so they could call me to pick him up since "he is sick". This is not the first baby I have heard them doing this with. They are under staffed and they use the sibling rule to say this is allowed which it is not. There is a reason they have spots available when most daycares have long wait list. Please for the sake of your children especially if they have special needs do not send your children there. Read the other reviews because I'm not the only one who has multiple issues."

Probably the worst daycare to send your children too, the manager is never there to take questions or concerns. Try phoning? Nope, no manager the staff attempt to answer questions but they can't really. When you set up a tour the manager is late and you have to awkwardly wait in the front. Two of the staff looked very sick, why do they have sick people working? Had a very unpleasant experience, I do not recommend.

My child has been at Growing Hands since 7 months old. She has had a great time and has learned and developed beautifully in that time socially and academically. I always see happy children at drop off and pick up, receive great communication from the staff, support when needed, and daily updates via the HiMama app.

We had our 18 month old daughter there for a month and am now thankful we are no longer there. On the last day of the month my wife was called in for a meeting about our daughter when she was told that they couldn't provide the care our daughter needed. The owner informed us that she was only happy sitting in a stroller so the staff apparently were leaving her in there for Lord knows how many hours a day. Our daughter was also fed cheerios when we had told the staff and written out on her intake forms that she had a severe oat allergy. The lack of care our daughter received here from young inexperienced staff was astonishing.

My daughter loved going to Growing Hands and I'm so glad I found this place! As an ECE myself, I really appreciated the love and care from the staff and all the fun activities they planned for the children. My daughter graduated from Growing Hands as she'll be going to Kindergarten. We will definitely miss them.
