Excellent customer service, proactive and a friendly smile that melts the heart and makes you feel welcome , especially Maria, Justin and Lisa, They are the best combination of staff anyone want to have in their establishment. Maria relate with you as if you have nothing to worry about, she makes sure all your request are done in a timely manner and gives feedback on your request , Justin makes you feel safe and assure you of your comfort as well always wanna help whenever there's a need and Lisa articulated embodiment of good quality service. They make our stay feel special, safe and provide seamless services.Rooms are neat and clean at the right time and also tips were give for good choice of food, events and things that makes the kids to have the best time of their life..thanks ladies and gent..you guys rock!!!

Aman and Maria were very friendly at check in. Parking was easy. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. Clean and and had everything I needed. Great shower. Special thanks to Aman for helping with a change I needed to make to my booking during my stay.

Great place to stay. Was here for almost a month, customer service was excellent. especially Donna and Shishir at front desk. They helped me with every and anything I needed. They really went above and beyond to make my stay as comfortable as possible.

We’ve been staying here for several months for work and we are quite happy with our overall experience. All of the staff are helpful, pleasant and friendly. Overall clean hotel, comfy beds, rooms with fridges and microwaves. Very hardworking housekeeping staff that are much appreciated. Good location, close to many amenities, lots of parking available. And a shout out to Hilary at the front desk, whom we deal with often, she’s awesome and always a pleasure to talk to.

I spent $419.75 for one night on a business trip and had one of my close personal friends come to meet me. She was treated unkind and judged for not being well off.Someones financial situation has nothing to do with who that person is. After paying this hotel for my night, my guest was signaled out by front staff and refused a bathroom while waiting for me. She isn't very well off, but is one of my dearest friends. I will not be returning to this hotel, and I will be talking to head office when I return from my trip.Sadly the staff here tonight, are ignorant of people's feelings.To the two men downstairs - are you proud of yourself? I hope you are proud enough that it makes it okay for you when I talk to high up tomorrow.They get one star, because I have to in order to give them a rating. I guess they managed to take my information properly so they aren't completely useless.

I gotta say that I stayed in the Signature hotel before and that one has bigger rooms and beds. However, the service and location for this one is excellent. I felt they were more attentive to our needs and inquiries and it is closer to shopping areas, movies, and restaurants. Although it does not have a pool, we still were able to go to the Signature's spa and have some relaxing time in its indoor pool and hot top.

The rooms are clean, beds are comfy but the ambience is so-so. The place looks like it needs a thorough steam clean. The staff was cold. As we walked in or any new guests walked in, you would've expected a warm welcoming hello but no, the gals would hide behind the counter and avoid all eye contact. Strangely unwelcoming! The only attribute I loved apart from plentiful parking is the pet friendliness. Even after our neighbor complained about our noisy pup, the front desk was very understanding and cooperative!

Decent hotel to stay - room was fine, standard sandman room. Service was odd - our keys were cancelled every night (we stayed 3 nights) and had to get a new key every time we returned at night. Not sure why the housekeeping staff took our sheets and left the comforter only (it was hot at night - impossible to use the comforter). They also took our plastic bath mat and didn’t replace it.. was actually nice to have this for a change so I was disappointed when this happened.

I love staying at the Sandman Langley! The service is professional and most excellent! Whenever I check in or have any dealings with the staff I am greeted with respect, professionalism and cheerfully! I appreciate their attention to detail and today, I received above excellent check in service by both Chanil and Maria!Thank you for making my stay so memorable.

Genuinely good hotel experience. Staff were all exceptional at their jobs, professional and friendly. Homie the gentleman who helped me out was super nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean and modern. They came with a free little snack basket which was a really nice touch. I do reccomend this place if your looking for a place to stay in the area.
