Absolutely fantastic experience in dealing with Murray and his Team at Novakoski. My vehicle has never looked so great. Adam made it all happen behind the scenes and Loretta & Teresa were great at keeping me updated along the way. Pickup took less than 3 minutes. I appreciate that they respect their customers' time and stand behind their excellent work. Highly recommend this business for any collision and cosmetic work needed!

My husband and I seem to be getting more creative with damaging our vehicles in the garage. Thank goodness we have a professional, thorough and trustworthy body shop in the area :)Not only were repairs done in timely manner and great price, but all body work, rear parking sensors and reverse camera were put back and working perfectly.Highly recommend them to family and friends!

I’m sure they do good work for SGI claims, I have actually seen some work. Customer service is great in this regard as they are looking to churn out as many insurance jobs as possible; however, if you are a cash customer looking to have some paint done, stay away!My car was here for over a year and I finally asked what was up and they just said to come get it. Took them a year to just take the bumper off and charged me over $1000. An employee working there told me I was not a concern as I was not and SGI customer. He pointed out a Volkswagen car that had been there for 2 years and it wasn’t finished yet because it was not an SGI claim .

I got my mud flaps installed here.They took the time to do the install with the extra TLC it takes in order to prevent future rust from forming.Drilled holes, painted then applied rust proofing.They even helped me out big time as I rolled over a fat chunk of metal when I was on my way to them, they got me a new tire for cheaper than I could find anywhere else in town and they installed it for me as well.Friendly environment and they were very helpful guiding me in the right direction for my parts.

10/10 some of the best service I’ve ever received. My car was broken into during the summer 4 days before a road trip to my brothers wedding. Not only was the window smashed, but damage done to the door frame as well. The team at Novakaski put a rush on getting a new window for my car, and prioritized getting the frame fixed so that I could have my vehicle in time for my trip.So impressed with the generosity and care from this company, in addition to the incredible work they did on my car. I will never use anyone else, and I will continue to recommend them to everyone I meet!!
