Maggard Transmission Repair

Bearing in mind that this shop is very busy with insufficient staff, please note the following: I requested a quote to repair my transmission (locate and replace a failing sending unit). Instead, I was quoted the cost to replace my transmission and told that there are NO sending units in my transmission when I know for a fact (per the manufacturers advisory) that there are indeed three sending units. I realize the shop manager quoted me the best most efficient option for himself, and I GET that. However, his advisory that there are no sending units, was either lack of expertise on his part or a direct insult to my intelligence... not sure which, but I think you'll agree neither is palatable.
