Wyndham Pool & Spa

This was the third year we had a pool from WYNDHAM POOLS in Guelph ...... to this point have said nothing negative about them but I don't consider them people friendly ......when they get that contract watch every word or promise made .....we decided to go with them because others were busy .....but when my husband and I and the owner were finalizing the contract he said we don't know if the pool will be done in late October or November or the beginning of the following year in the spring ....but whatever the time line your opening OR closing will be on the house .....that didn't happen and they are expensive closing or opening ..... We got a pool tarp and no regrets on that but I just found out from a customer who has been closing and opening our pool because he was a great price and truly personal .....and he said get me your pool tarp tool to remove the tarp from the screws ..........I have no idea what you are talking about is what I replied...... WYNDHAM POOLS give you one the pool tarp .....we never received one and we just called or texted this week and he said I'll give you mine that is old and not in good shape.....after we did a 60 something thousand job ....it's the principal .!!!!!!!....very disappointed.........

Ron and his son are awesome. Greg Phil and Adam were here last week to get things set up for us. Very professional and friendly. They even power washed my concrete. I have used these guys for the last seven years. I only want Ron and Greg to open and close my pool every year .

Ron and his son are wonderful. The attention to detail is amazing as is their full service. I have known Ron for over 20 years. He is one of a kind, lovely and an honest man. 100% recommend this company.

We used Wyndham Pools this past summer (2022) to install our inground pool. They were recommended to us by two other individuals in the Guelph area, one of which has had a Wyndham Pool for 14 years and never once had an issue.The process started with a phone call to Ron, and then Ron and his son, Jeff popped by with multiple brochures of options for the equipment. Overwhelmed, we had another call with Ron and he advised us on the pros and cons of everything and we were able to make a knowledgeable decision. Ron hand-delivered his quote to us and answered all of our questions with patience.The installation went smoothly with Jeff and Kris and the rest of the crew. We did see a few delays due to supply issues, but the team always communicated the delays with us. The entire crew was lovely, very respectful, and extremely hard workers. The attention to detail they all had, was unbelievable.We didn't have a contact for an electrical or gas technician, so they connected us with their trusted contacts. Knowing that they had worked with Wyndham previously ensured we didn't have to worry about them not knowing what needed to be done.At the last minute, when we decided we needed landscaping, Wyndham put us in touch with another one of their contacts and they were able to squeeze us in, so we could close the pool properly with a safety cover.Once the water was in, Ron set up a meeting with us to go through how everything worked and provided us with some useful tips on maintenance. As first-time pool owners, this was very helpful and gave us the confidence we needed to take care of the pool.We did have a few questions afterward, and the answers were just a text, email, or phone call away.Overall, we are very happy and pleased with the pool and we can't wait to get full summer use out of it.If you're looking for a pool and want a company that is trustworthy and reliable, Wyndham Pools is the place to go.

We had our pool designed and installed by Wyndham Pools in the summer of 2022. Our backyard was truly transformed. From start to finish, the process of building our backyard oasis was a fantastic experience! We highly recommend Ron, his sons and their crew!
