Had an awesome time at Silk Row! Kaitlyn was amazing. My maid of honour and I felt Kaitlyn really gave us her time. Felt really taken care of and special! There was a ton of space to feel relaxed and excited, rather than rushed / any kind of pressure. The selection of dresses were also so beautiful! Kaitlyn was warm and receptive and really cared about us! I would totally recommend this spot!!

I had the best time at Silk Row, Kaitlyn was so welcoming, it was honestly my favourite bridal appointment and I went to TWELVE different boutiques! The personalized service (welcome sign touched me), bubbles, and chic space were all touches that made the day special. I have been dreaming about the silk feather robe ever since. Not to mention I never found a better collection of non-traditional, cool-bride/boho dresses than at Silk Row. Highly recommend!

The store itself is so beautiful and inviting with some of the most unique and elegant wedding dresses.I had a private consultation, and had the whole space to myself with two of my bridesmaids, which I loved!Kaitlyn made me feel so welcome and she spent all her time with me helping me try on a selection of dresses. Silk Row Bridal is like a breath of fresh air in terms of the wedding dress shopping experience in Toronto. Kaitlyn is excellent at what she does and frankly just a pleasure to be around. Nothing is too much effort for her. She is intimately familiar with all of the dresses she stocks, and is very well versed in what to expect from the designers in terms of timeline, design changes etc.. I never once felt pressured by her. Her selection is on the smaller side but the dresses are beautiful, well priced and there really is something for everyone. The space itself is great - relaxing and comfortable for both the bride to be and support crew. I actually did end up purchasing my dress from here and Kaitlyn has been excellent with her communication, for which I am very grateful. If you are dress hunting in Toronto and everything is starting to look a bit same same, give this place a try! You won’t regret it!

I ordered my wedding dress from Kaitlyn at Silk Row and it was the best experience from the first try on to picking it up! I visited MANY bridal salons in Toronto and New York and was getting frustrated with the process, but Kaitlyn made it so easy and had the best under the radar designers that I didn't see anywhere else. I ultimately went with a dress from The Law and am so, so happy with it. Thank you, Kaitlyn!

I am so happy I found Silk Row! Kaitlyn is very kind, patient, and helpful. She pulled enough dresses so that I had options, but did not overwhelm me. Kaitlyn made me feel at ease when trying everything on, and helped me see the bigger picture with accessories. I ended up finding “the one” rather quickly. Communication after the appointment was timely and smooth. My try on/pick up appointment was just as great of an experience as the initial one. I cannot wait to wear my dress!

Run don’t walk! I was fed up with bridal dress shopping after a few visits elsewhere and had almost given up. I went to Silk Row and Kaitlyn really restored my faith in wedding dress shopping. The space is beautiful but the true gem is just Kaitlyn herself. She is patient, kind and really listens to what you want. She won’t push you to a decision and that’s what I loved the most. I recently picked up my dress from Silk Row and can’t wait to wear it on my big day. Thank you Kaitlyn - you’re the best!

I’ve been to Silk Row a few times now and have always had a wonderful experience. Kaitlyn is so warm and welcoming and knows how to make you feel special! It is definitely a one of a kind boutique and has a wide range of different dresses that are all so stunning! I found my dream dress and could not be happier!! 10/10 will recommend!
