Went today to help my dad get his first smart phone and was blown away by the service we got from Shafagh. There was another lady working there too (Asan lady, I didnt get her name but want the managers to know who I am talking about) who was also very pleasant.Shafagh was so kind, patient and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure all his needs were taken care of. Would definitely recommend this location!!

Unlike other Rogers store like one at bayview mall, the staffs were so rude and I found out this is not an official Rogers store but an authorized dealer. They can’t do thing the normal Rogers store can. Because they are still using the Rogers logo exactly same as the official store, it is very misleading and can waste many peoples’ time.

We had amazing service and help from Egor over the last few days. He was professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly patient and friendly. He went above-and-beyond to help us get our phones set-up and we couldn't be more appreciative of his help and effort. Fantastic service and couldn't have asked for a better experience.
